    bought hot tub

    Originally had some issues with the new hot tub, but Brent the Service Manager contacted us and offered to repair any issues and also is bending over backward to renew our relationship. He works hard to make sure his customer is happy.

    after service of installation and pool opening and closing

    I purchased my pool from International pools in Oshawa. Since my purchase any questions or concerns, were dealt with in a timely and professional matter. Being A business owner, time is a luxury for me. I just had my pool closed yesterday, and the job they did was remarkable. I wasn't able to be home for the appt. but I just have to say wow! I will continue using them for the opening, closing and maintenance of pool. Brent the service manager is very honest and professional.

    Solar Blanket

    Had some issues regarding our solar blanket for our pool, took a little while to resolve, but the end resolution was better than expected and a great boost for customer satisfaction from the Oshawa branch.

    Excellent Knowledge and Service

    i purchased my above ground pool at another location in the oshawa area about 6 years ago. After having several problems with my water chemistry and wasting money buying chemicals that didn't work, i decided to go to International Pools for a water test. From the day i entered their doors i have received nothing but excellent service. Instead of encouraging me to spend my money on a bunch of stuff that COULD work, the staff at International Pools took the time to ask me questions about my pool history until they found the problem. I left the store spending half of what i would have spent elsewhere and cleared my pool within 48 hours. I have been coming back to both the Oshawa and Pickering location for replacement parts, chemicals and equipment, and EVERY single time i am granted the friendly, sincere service that makes me keep coming back. I would suggest this company to any of my friends.

    Above ground pool sales and installation

    Bought an above ground pool from International pools Apr 7 Mississauga store. Promised 23 May installation. Had many dates promised to us and we sat at home and waited. They were a no show not even a courtesty call. Finally got the pool on Friday 21 Jun, no dumpster, garbage is still laying in back yard, they forgot the pump, patio stone and ladder. Said they would be back the next day, we had to phone and discover they don't even have a pump in stock. Like the other review all are very nice until they get your money and they totally disregard you. Come and get your garbage you left laying on the lawn

    Fantastic Service

    4 years ago a piece that attached our pump to the pool broke. I contacted the people who installed it to come out. After many no shows I went to International near tears as my daughter’s birthday/pool party was in 2 days and my pool was a swamp. John, the manager, showed me how to fix the problem for just a few dollars and loaned me (for free) a secondary filter to help ready my pool for the party. My pool was sparkling by the day of the party and I can't thank him enough. We have never been back to the store that we were originally dealing with and International continues to be fantastic with their customer service. All of the people that John employs at the Oshawa location have always given us great service. They have always taken the time to help me and I have always left the store feeling like a valued customer.

    Pool Installation

    We made the mistake of buying a pool out of the Oshawa store on Taunton Road and while the service while we were making the purchase was great - once they have your money, it all goes downhill from there!! We have had nothing but problem after problem and there is still no resolution. The customer service is horrible and the follow up to concerns is pathetic. The manager - John Strange - has been anything but helpful and does not stand behind his word. Promises have been made to fix the leaks we have had since the installation but nothing has been done. Unfortuantely we have recently heard similar stories about this store but now it is too late for us. Don't make the same mistake - buy from anywhere else but here!!!

    Hot tub

    Intnl Pool & Spa responded to my not being able to get power to my hot tub by informing me that I would be "serviced" that day. Having seen some rather derogatory comments on your site, I was a bit doubtful regarding that promise. But less than an hour later a young serviceman called Ryan was there and fixed things. So kudos to the Oshawa store, Ryan and his dispatcher, Brent.

    Purchased Hot tub and used their service

    We purchased a hot tub from them about 3.5 years ago and have never had a good experiance since. No one ever picks up the phone in service and they don't call back ever on the same day. The owners are not accountable for their products as they try and get out of every situation so that they don't have to exercise an warranty. Hot Tubs would be considered a higher ticket item and therefore needs to have great customer service backing the product. Not impressed at all with this company and would not recommend to anyone.

    Hot Tub

    I have never dealt with a company with worst service than this pool company offers. It is so bad, it is almost funny. I have been trying to get my hot tub working for almost 9 months now and it seems to be an impossible request. I call the "service" person several times a week, leave messages, ask them to send someone to reprogram the tub (it looks just like a simple programming issue), and nothing ever happens. When I finally succeed to speak to Kelly (servicing person), which is usually two or three times a month, she sounds very helpful and says that of course, she will talk to the repair guy, they will send someone right away, blah blah, and then ... nothing happens. And, a week later I am calling her again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I really do not understand how they run their business. Or, I do know. They sell you an expensive tub, that's how. If you consider a hot tub, there are other options in GTA than this company, and the buying of the tub is not the only thing, it is the service that is the most important, because if it is not working, you are just wasting your money. I will never buy anything from those people again.
