    Friendly family operated business

    Our Carrier furnace started making weird noises and we thought it was the blower fan which would have cost a small bundle to replace. Dave showed us it was not the fan. Phew! After servicing the furnace, the noise mostly went away. We had him service the water heater and gas fireplace also. We are happy to keep the local businesses going.

    Air Conditioning, Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    We had a new furnace installed last fall and just in the last 2 weeks, central air conditioning and a hot water tank. Mike was very friendly from the time he came for the estimate, until the jobs were finished. Very fair pricing and no surprises, cost was exactly what was quoted. He was thorough in explaining our options and we appreciated his guidance on our requirements and what was our best fit. The team was always on time and were very efficient. They did a thorough cleanup and explained the maintenance required. We highly recommend this company!

    Furnace replacement.

    They were very pleasant installers and as well they were very neat and efficient in their work habits. The furnace was installed and up and running in a remarkably short time. We are very pleased in our choice of Joyce Heating Service.

    2 stage mid range furnace and thermostat

    We had everything ready, full access to begin removal and new install. Work done quickly as Mike explained approximately 3 hours. Clean up excellent, full explanation of how to operate and same with new thermostat. Left details to contact City for inspection, which will be completed June 5th. Mike said to call in the event we had any questions.

    Joyce was able to accommodate my schedule. Dave was on time and completed the work in less time than I expected. Very polite and courteous.

    Furnace and AC

    Totally professional. Price was very competitive. Over the last 20 years, Joyce has installed 5 furnaces and 2 AC units for me and my family. They never give anything less than great service.

    Simple, honest service.

    My furnace stopped putting out heat, and Joyce was able to send someone out the next morning. Dave showed up on time, and fairly quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it with a new spring in about 30 minutes. I had been gouged hard recently by another company, so I was holding my breath when he was writing up the bill, but it came out to a very reasonable $115 + parts. Quick response, showed up on time, and didn't charge me a fortune. I'd use them again.

    Hot water tank replacement

    The work was very good. The only complaint I have is that the installer should have asked me how I wanted the alterations done to meet code. I had to be watching to Express my dislikes about what he was about to do regarding the location of the pressure relief tank and the earthquake strapping location.

    Joyce Heating installed a new Lennoz EL296 furnace

    I selected Joyce Heating based on the high number of excellent customer reviews I read online. Those excellent reviews were spot on. They were very honest in terms of the work involved, permitting process, etc. Joyce completed the installation in a clean, efficient and professional manner. They followed up after the installation to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Joyce Heating to others who maybe considering a furnace installation.
