Furnace/Air Conditioner Unit Installation
Mike and his crew installed our lennox furnace and air conditioner. There was an issue with the coil and they were able to track one down and finish the install with only a small delay. From my first phone inquiry to the finished work each person from Joyce Heating was friendly, efficient and competent. I would definitely use this company again and I have already recommended them to my neighbour. Thanks to all at Joyce Heating for keeping us cool during our last summer heat wave (40 degrees plus) and warm during our cold snowy winter.

Provided excellent service for a competitive price. The installation went smoothly and I am very happy with the new furnace and hot water tank.

Furnace Replacement
Asked the company to replace my furnace. They were flexible and accommodating with my schedule. Installed in an efficient manner and at a reasonable price.

Excellent value and service
Joyce heating did a really good job replacing our 50 year old furnace and installing a UV filter in the system for us. The service and quality of work was great. The guys really know their stuff and we’re very professional. I found them to be upfront and accurate with their quote. In my opinion I got excellent value for my money with Joyce Heating.

Furnace Replacement
Mike was super responsive with all my questions. Pride of ownership is clearly evident with the level of service and care to the work performed, from Diane's correspondence to David's installation, I know I have peace of mind having Joyce Heating working on my home. Thank you!

New Furnace
Good service and workmanship. It would have been nice to have options. The furnace is quite noisy!

New Furnace
Mike and his team are great. He went over and beyond with extra work that was needed removing a wall that I didn't get to. Then surprisingly he put it all back. Great job

New HVAC Furnace Install
My old furnace was replaced in Sept 2021. Excellent experience having My New HVAC Furnace installed and done by Joyce! Perfect experience from initial call , to quote, to booking, to installation, payment and permit inspection. Quality work, and fair, upfront pricing with no surprises or hard upsells. I paid exactly as quoted and am very satisfied with the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable office manager Diane. I was working from home on the day when Peter and Mike doing their work. It is amazing to watch how they disassembled the old one and installed the new one within a day. Mike also guided me what I need to apply the rebate at fortisbc for the natural-gas-furnace-rebates Long story long, Great Job! Thank you very much!

Change a new efficiency boiler
They can think a better way to vent out the pipes without much damage to my wall
