    furnace

    After doing a little research and getting another appraisal we ended up choosing Joyce Heating. The fact that their ratings are so good was very helpful also. We weren't disappointed in the service. It wasn't so easy a job given they had to put a new furnace into an old house. Thank-you Mike, Dave and Diane.

    Furnace

    Our original furnace was installed by Joyce some 20 years ago, which was very reliable and trouble free. We selected Joyce, to replace the old furnace because we knew they were reliable, honest and price competitive. The new furnace is in and so-far no problems. We would recommend Joyce to anyone.

    New Furnace

    I have used Joyce Heating a number of times at different locations and always found them to be very efficient. You can always rely on the job being done right at a reasonable price. Craig.

    new furnace installed

    Joyce has handled our heating servicing for years. When we needed a new furnace they gave us great advice, did not try to upsell us. The installation went as smooth as can be. They came back to adjust the fan no questions asked. They're prompt, friendly and really care about the customer. Couldn't be happier with this company.

    Great service and quality of work

    Joyce Heating replaced an mid-efficiency gas furnace with a high efficiency one. They clearly explained the costs and steps involved. They came as scheduled and completed the work in one day. All the paperwork for permits and rebates was provided. The installation was very neat and tidy especially putting in the new vent line through joists and an external wall. A professional job and Joyce Heating would highly recommend

    Natural Gas Heating System Repair

    We have been a happy customer of Joyce Heating for some time. We have a really old gas heating system, and like even new systems requires occasional servicing to maintain working order. This time, the heating fan did not come on, and we have no heat during these cold days. Contacted Joyce, and Dave was able to come the same day. He quickly found the problem (the automatic fan switch) and replaced the faulty part. Problem solved. The cost including parts and labour was very reasonable. Dave wore a face mask during the visit, showing social responsibility during this pandemic. We completely trust Joyce. Highly recommended!

    Very reliable

    I have used them for years. We don't trust other heating contractors. Mike, Diane and Dave are excellent, and we agree with the high ratings they have. They just installed a new furnace for us, and we are quite happy. PK, Burnaby, BC

    Hot Water Tank replacement and Furnace Maintenance

    The hot water tank failed overnight and called Joyce on Sat morning asking for emergency service. We got a call back within the hour and Dave came out a couple of hours later determined the trouble and replaced the hot water tank. New one is excellent and we were very happy with the service on an emergency basis. Joyce has being doing furnace maintenance for us for about 5 years and we are very happy with the service. Thanks Joyce Heating.

    Water heater and furnace installation

    Good service all around, from the estimate to installation. We were given a few options to choose from, and did not feel pressured to take one option over another. The installation team arrived promptly on time and worked quickly to install the water heater and furnace. We were very pleased with the service.

    Water Heater Inslallation

    I called on a Monday and had a new water heater installed the next day. The service technician did a great job. The heater works well, and they made sure to strap it into the wall for seismic protection, something that was lacking with my old heater. We are very satisfied. Years ago, Joyce fixed our old furnace, and it has been working great ever since, which is why I chose Joyce again (when I eventually replace the heater, we will definitely go with Joyce).
