    15yrd Bin Rental

    I cleaned out my house before starting renovations. I wanted to rent a 15yrd bin for the job. I thought it was going to be a hassle of phone calls for booking and being off work for delivery time. I found Junk iT online through Google. While reading the website and pricing my job with the tools they provided, I saw that I could complete the order right then. Online ordering, how easy is that? They even asked if I'd like to purchase a tarp and bungees to cover the bin, I hadn't thought of that, I'm glad because it did rain. I received confirmation from a customer service rep right away via email that the order was received. It also laid out my particular instructions for delivery and the billing information. The bin arrived as scheduled and placed carefully on my lawn just as I'd requested. It was picked up on the scheduled day with the same care and efficiency as it had been delivered. When I'm ready to start my renovations I'll be using Junk iT again. I would also recommend this company to my family, friends or anyone who is looking for this kind of service.

    Junk Removal

    We have recently sold our home and in an effort to make our move easier, we decided to de-clutter. Owning only a car makes it hard to move big items to the local recycle depot and it is very time consuming. We looked online at a variety of Junk Removal firms and settled on Junkit.ca. Price was the largest factor in our choice. Junkit had what I considered very reasonable rates and best of all I could book ONLINE ! The ONLINE ordering was very easy. I simply selected my dates, agreed to the price and paid for the self serve bin with my credit card. The Bin arrived early afternoon of the delivery day which was great because I was able to get a head start on the project. We filled it to the top ( I couldn't believe the junk you collect over the years !). The day they were suppose to come and pick it up , they had a truck failure so I ended up getting the bin for an extra 2 days at no charge. That came in handy, we found more junk to rid ourselves from. 2 days after they picked up the bin, they charged me the disposal rate we agreed to. Thanks to Junkit.ca, we are 1.04 tonnes lighter in our move ! Thanks again guys, you were terrific !

    20 cubic yard bin rental and disposal

    I had a basement flood and decided I needed to purge. After investigating my options online, I ordered my Junk iT service at 10:30 pm on Sunday night and they arrived on time on Monday morning. The website was easy to navigate and it was one of the few that allowed for booking immediately with a clear breakdown of the cost. I even got a $10 off coupon. I was very specific about where I wanted the bin and the it was placed exactly where I requested. The driver even called me to confirm my instructions. Throughout the entire process, the service was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and attentive. AND the price was better than the competition. I couldn't have been more pleased and I highly recommend them!!!

    Junk Removal

    I own a number of rental properties and sometimes my tenants will leave their belongings when they vacate the unit. This scenario occurred last week. I was in a panic because I had new tenants moving in the next day. I called Junk It and I was completely WOWED by the service. I talked to two individuals in their office to book the job. Alex and Brendan were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The booking was very easy and efficient. The crew showed up right on time. They gave me a fair estimate and then removed the junk. They were very friendly and helpful. They told me that a lot of the material would be donated. I really liked this since it would not be going into a landfill. I am going to call Junk It again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs junk removal.

    Rented Bin

    What was explained to me during the phone quote - became a challenge at the end of the rental - when i wanted to extend the use of the BIN i had rented. Because nothing was provided in a written contract to me, just the phone agreement. When i tried to discuss the discrepancies with a manager, the manager was horrendous, and they just tried to squeeze me for more money than what was agreed upon. The end result was me asking them to remove their bin off my premises, and not come back. Lesson Learned - make them provide everyhing in writing and don't sign anything until services are rendered. I would not reccomend them.

Once this issue was escalated to him he was calm and accommodating throughout the discussion. Unfortunately, the client was threatening to blog and slander the organization if extra days were not provided for free. This was not something JuNK iT! was able to do. Despite the customers threats the manager was determined to make the customer satisfied by finding an amicable resolution and on two separate occasions asked the customer "how can we make you satisfied?" The final attempt was followed by the customer hanging up the phone. We understand the customer was under stress due to construction delays; however, these issues are totally unrelated to JuNK iT!’s service. JuNK iT!’s proven track record and reputation over the years is well documented. It is displayed by the overwhelming growth and positive responses detailed not only on this site but via emails from satisfied JuNK iT! customers over the years. We also realize that we are not perfect and as humans we do make errors. When we do we are the first to admit it and make every attempt to make the situation right. We are in the customer service business and are proud of the high degree of service provided to our customers. We have been rewarded with their confidence over the past eight years.

    Removal of leftovers & junk from relocating warehouse.

    Brendan in Customer Service and Kevin who delivered and picked up the large bin, were completely prefessional and courteous. Pricing was very competitive. The bin was delivered and picked up within the time frame promised and care was taken to ensure that the bin did not damage anything, nor interfered with traffic.

    Garbage bin delivery & pickup

    This is the second time I've used this company. THey are helpful on the phone & the bin arrives and gets picked up when they say it will. Drivers are great & very customer friendly. I recommend this company!

    Junk removal

    I checked Junk It's online quote after one of the bigger franchise chains. The quote was 20% less, so I gave them a shot. They were pleasant and personable when they arrived. But I was in a bit of a rush. I guess they sensed that and went straight to work, two-manning all my large items without as much as a grunt. I went to work moving my "keep its" and they took care of my "junk its". Done in minutes, not hours. I expect every service call to be professional and courteous (as disappointed I've been with other companies). Junk It's efficiency and price-point will get them my next job too. -Basement in the spring!-

    Junk Removal

    I usually do not write testimonials or reviews but I had to in this situation. I shopped around quite extensively to get my junk removed. When I called Junk It, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly over the phone. The crew showed up on time and again they were friendly and just nice guys. All my junk was removed at a reasonable price. Quick, easy and it was gone. I am a customer service manager for a well known company and I was blown away on how professional and customer focused this company was. So many companies promise this yet few deliver. Junk It delivered and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call them again.

    Just junk

    I booked Junk It online, having been very satisfied with their work on a previous occasion. I thought the amount I had was going to be 3/4 of a load, and when the guys arrived, they agreed with my estimate. They got to work right away, and even when I had couple of items to add, it was NO problem. After they were finished, the gentleman informed me that it would be CHEAPER because it was less than they had thought. Do you understand how happy this makes me? I'm paying to haul away garbage- and every cent counts in this economy. My hat is off to you again, Junk It. Keep up the good work!
