They kept me informed about when they could get a crew out. They came on time in the morning and completed the job quickly. The job was to remediate the lack of ventilation in the attic, which was causing condensation during cold spells, by inserting chutes over the existing insulation to allow are to come up from the soffits. I waited 3 weeks to verify the attic was now dry as a result of the work (it was perfect). They were very careful to protect the carpets from getting messed up. They charged the price quoted.

I am very pleased with the services provided by Knights Insulation. When our basement flooded, we discovered that the basement drywalls were actually not insulated. Insurance of course would not pay for insulation that was never there, but we felt it would be the proper thing to add insulation now when we had the chance, as long as the cost was reasonable. I knew no insulation companies, so through Google search, found Knights as it has exceptional ratings with many detailed reviews. Long story short, we got what we needed at a price that was very, very reasonable. From the moment Del came to do the estimate, I was explained clearly of what could be done, and Del was not hesitant in giving me additional professional advice on other matters not directly related to the job I wanted Knights to help us with. Anny at the office helped organize a team of two members to come and complete the job, and she prepared a receipt that came in a format that was exactly the same as what the BC Hydro rebate application would seek. I am still awaiting my rebate cheque, but trust that Knights had helped me save over $500 that I did not even know I would qualify to receive. Many thanks to this great company!

Although our install date was postponed for a week due to winter snowfall the workers arrived on time on the rescheduled date. They were very professional and did a thorough cleanup after they finished. We are happy with the job and have recommended Knights to our neighbours.

We've long researched what type of insulation we should use in our renovation and it seems like every contractor and every online search led us to spray foam. We understood that it was superior in almost every aspect but that we shouldn't even consider it unless we were bringing in a reputable company that has the manpower and experience to execute the work. Everything had to be timed correctly, the electricians work, the carpenters work, the insulators and so on. We were anxious at first but Jake walked us through the process and took the burden on himself. He made sure to keep in contact with us to ensure the timetable was intact and was even kind enough to push back his crew on short notice when the contractor couldn't finish in time. The insulation work itself was AAA but the customer service and execution was above and beyond anything we could have expected.

The service Technicians are very polite , they are onsite on the schedule time , do the job professional. I will recommend them.
