I wanted to say thanks to you and your team for great service. I have worked with many trades in my personal and professional life and I must say dealing with you guys was a pleasure. A prompt reply to my initial inquiry was followed up by a site visit to quote the job and the estimator was on time and easy to talk to. The job was booked, a follow up email was sent to remind us the crew would be coming, the crew showed up as scheduled and on time! They worked steadily through a nasty rainy day to get the job done. Billing was as estimated and quick and easy set up to pay online. You guys are doing it right and it stands out - I’ll happily recommend your company to anyone who asks.

We highly recommend Knights Insulation! Prior to scheduling Knights, we had great customer service from Annie and we were able to get someone to come to our home quickly to give us a quote. Jake measured and gave us a detailed invoice to let us know what needed to be done and the price we would expect, so there wouldn't be any surprises. With the pandemic, we had to postpone the job and Knights was very understanding and flexible. When the job started, Steve and Brad came to our home and worked tirelessly! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very hardworking. They lay down blankets, so our floors could be protected from the hoses and used the windows as access points, so that their hoses wouldn't have to come through the majority of the house. They raked and bagged the excess roof materials, then vacuumed the old insulation. They inspected the conditions and then sprayed/fogged an optional organic disinfectant. Then new insulation was blown in and vents repaired. They explained the steps along the way, and as they finished each section of our attic, they asked us if we wanted to check each section to ensure we were satisfied. They worked very hard and barely stopped for a break. They weren't too busy to answer questions that we had, and Brad even briefly stopped what he was doing to see if he could help me figure out something in the garage. Since we were having insulation removed and new insulation blown in, the process took a few days. After each day, Steve and Brad ensured everything was clean and no debris was left behind. We had complete confidence in their knowledge and expertise. They took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their job. We would definitely recommend Steve and Brad to our friends. The entire company seems to work very cohesively and the job went smoothly! Had a wonderful experience with the people at Knights Insulation from start to finish. Friendly and easy to talk to office personnel. Steve and Bradley hard working and efficient in doing their job. They did an awesome job with insulating the attic as well in cleaning up my garage after the work. Anny helped us in submitting the rebate to Fortis. I contacted Knights Insulation based on their reviews on Homestars & Google. I selected Knights after meeting with Del, who worked out an estimate to insulate my basement. Del was friendly & personable and his quote fit my budget and was quite fair. He even offered to simply supply & deliver material if I decided to install the Rockwool batt myself (I mentioned to him that I initially thought of doing the install myself). The job was to fully insulate an 800+ SF basement to code including adding soundproof batt for the interior partition walls and the entire ceiling. The job took about a day and a half. Melanie and her two person crew did a great job. The work passed City of Vancouver inspection even before Del came back to finish up a small area of foundation wall with ISO board. Knights Insulation provided great communication & service, prompt & quality work all at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Knights Insulation was a pleasure to do business with. Anny (Office Mgr.) was professional and courteous when booking a free consultation. We appreciated Jake (Estimator/Consultant) phoning us ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving. He was respectful of our home, by taking his shoes off and after the attic inspection, he was knowledgeable about the deficiencies of the attic and what was needed to bring the insulation to R50 on completion. The estimate was emailed to us the same day. Jeremy and Brad (father and son installers) phoned in advance on installation day and arrived on time. They were polite, professional and hardworking. You can tell they are experienced by their efficiency in setting up, doing the actual job and cleaning up. We appreciated their putting drop sheets wherever needed, to protect our home. When the install was finished, Jeremy had us view the attic space and informed us of other details that were pertinent. Knights Insulation is a family run business that has been around for 39 years. It tells a lot to a client when their employees speak highly of their employer. Thanks to Anny, Jake, Jeremy and Brad for a job well done!
