    Lawn maintenance

    My lawn has been decimated by weeds this year and so I was in desperate search for a company to help me deal with the weeds. Like all responsible consumer should, I've gotten quotes from various copmanies to compare pricing + services. Out of all the companies I've found, LawnSavers has been the most responsive, professional, and appears to be best value. The reviews given here are for the service they provide and I'm definitely looking forward to working with them and see how my lawn can get back to its previous glory!

    Lawn Care

    NOTE: pricing is relative to selected plan and property dimensions Prior to the 2022 lawn care season, we have been with a competing company for many years but were receiving diminishing levels of service. This year we signed on with LawnSavers after having spoken to their representative numerous times. The personal contact with the reps and the technicians is excellent. We are still early in the season, however, to date the results of their applications is extremely good. In addition their web site and account management is well displayed and intuitive to use.

    Excellent Lawn Service

    I wanted to protect my investment (new lawn that I spent over 10K on). Lawnsavers was recommended and I was impressed with their service. Their referrals speak for themselves

    Professional, Responsive and Personalized Service, and Best Value

    We used another company, until the owners retired and responsibility was transferred to a larger corporation. We have a large property that we take pride in. Not wanting to deal with a call centre in New Brunswick, we shopped around and found LawnSavers. Not only is every member of their team professional, responsive and with a great attitude, they are providing the best value we were able to find, and our lawn has never looked better. Thank you, LawnSavers for the great service!

    Lawncare

    I contacted Lawnsavers based on reviews on Homestars and Google. I Find them very pleasant and customer service oriented. My lawn was infested with hard to control weeds and some bare patches. When I spoke to Matteo, he offered the renovation package as the most suited one for my needs and at the same time cautioned me that I will likely not see a lush lawn this year, and it will likely take continuing the service into next year. His honesty convinced me to sign up for their service. I like their practice of always notifying me well in advance of their upcoming service visits. During each visit, David, the technician made sure he meets me prior to the service to explain what they will be doing that day and provide recommendations as to what we need to do after service to make it effective. It is nice to see that they don't rush through the service and instead take the time to properly service the entire lawn. They are also quick to respond to any email queries. Although they only had 3 visits so far for their renovation package, they have already built the trust with me. I am impressed with their professionalism and the dedication to the service they perform. I am quite confident and glad that I have chosen the right professionals to restore my lawn and cannot wait to see the results of their service.

    Billed for unwanted service already completed by another

    My wife read the reviews for this company and based on them we.decided to give them a try despite their prices being higher than comparable companies. Unfortunately after one season we didint see the results we wanted and lawn had significantly more weeds at end of season so we did not renew our service. We went with a new company this spring who serviced out lawn and out their sign on the grass. The next day lawnsavers came out and serviced out lawn again even though they knew it was already done and put their sign beside the other company. When I called to complain and advise I never renewed service they indicated they auto renew each year and that they called to ask me if I wanted to renew and never heard back from so proceeded to service anyways? Does that make sense. I called customer service who said they would take care of it and they did cancel.my service but still billed me at a higher price for initial service I never asked for. Today I called again to complain and also spoke to a manager and they claim my wife verbally agreed to ongoing renewed service and that I still owed them money. If your idea of customer service is a company who bills you for unwanted treatment on a lawn that's already just clearly been serviced by a competitor then this is the company for you.

    These situations are very difficult, especially since all arrangements and service terms were agreed to by your wife. We are very clear upfront that this is a multi year process with organic lawn care and the best results are seen in the 2nd year. We also communicated that this sevice is a partnership that continues each year. This eas in writing and verbaly on the recorded call before she committed to the service. I'm sorry we were not able to resolve this to your satisfcation. Please note that we did communicate proactively and remind the account holder we wee coming out this spring at least 3 times theough phone messages and emails, and that if she wanted to make changes to the service arrangement, to kindly let us know. We did not receive any other instructions.

    This is the best lawn care company, hand down!

    They are honest, efficient, direct, knowledgeable and fair. They follow up, follow through & listen to your direction. My lawn looks great!

    customer care

    The approach to lawn care is to care about the customer. I got detailed information prior to signing a contract, phone calls to schedule appointments and follow up phone calls to determine if I was happy with the service. The person doing the work at our place noted challenges with the lawn and offered solutions. Excellent customer care!

    Good job

    Quite happy with this company. I had a different lawn company before that I was dissatisfied with. So far I've had no issues with communication (which was an issue with my last company) or results. This is my second year with them and they've done a good all-around job

    SEASONAL LAWN & MAINTAINENCE CARE

    I have been a loyal & satisfied customer of this company for the past 5+ years and would never change. This company, from its owner to the office staff to the employees in the field, are exceptional, professional and polite. They treat you like family and help you out whenever possible and are very knowledgeable of the industry. The entire staff always has time to stop and talk to you and help you with your questions. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT HESITATION!
