I have been a loyal customer of Patrick's for over 7 years and it is loyalty well deserved. Magic Monkey has cleaned my eaves troughs in the spring and fall like clockwork and as the reviews indicate, the team works safely and meticulously. This year I decided to purchase gutter guards as I was tired of fighting a losing battle with the enormous oak tress surrounding my home. I contacted Patrick and he assessed the job, provided the options and answered my endless questions on the product and installation, with the friendliness and professionalism I've come to expect. I noticed a small problem after the job was completed and I knew from my past experience with Magic Monkey, that I wouldn't have any trouble getting Patrick to check it out and he did so promptly. In an industry that is full of bad trades / contractors, Patrick and the Magic Monkey team are a breath of fresh air. Their work is guaranteed and their service is second to none.

This is the 3rd time we have used Magic Monkey services for eavestrough cleaning. We have actually never met Patrick, but each and every time the response has been quick, efficient and price is fair for services provided. Recently we were noticing large amounts of water was dripping from the eaves during rainfall and large splashes of water onto the side of our exterior brick house. We emailed Patrick and he came out the next day to assess the situation and discovered that it was a poor eavestrough connection from two different systems that was done by a previous contractor. There were copious amounts of leaves and debris clogging up the downspout and hence causing water to back up towards the top of the roof. He provided a quote and came back ~ a week later to fix the problem by providing new downspout and properly connected two areas. The bill is left in the mail and we provide EMT...easy peasy. Despite never having actually met Patrick, we have been satisfied with the work done and have mutual trust. Magic Monkey is our go to company for any eavestrough issues. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I've used Magic Monkey's service in the past. Never been disappointed with their services. This go 'round I needed my eaves cleaned around the whole house (it had been awhile) and I required installation of an elbow joint from the downspout in my backyard. Patrick cleaned our eaves thoroughly. One of the downspouts was missing a screw and out of place. He made sure it was in there securely. Might seem like a small thing but, it's the little things like that I appreciate. The elbow joint I needed to be connected to the downspout was in a tight corner of my house. Very tricky. I really needed this done because there was no elbow joint there. Water was going straight down into the downspout close to the house. Nothing redirecting it. But, Patrick was relentless and determined to make it work. In the end he installed it perfectly! I would not hesitate to contact Patrick for any eaves cleaning and downspout issues I might have. I hired Magic Monkey to clean my eaves and couldn't be happier with the results. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional, clean and courteous. They were also very thorough, taking apart the elbows to remove clogs and flushing it out. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Magic Monkey to anybody!

Very thorough and professional and the windows are gleaming. It was a big job with a wall of divided light in the back, skylights and high peaked ceiling. I was impressed with the service, friendliness and attention to detail.

We had scheduled another company to clean our gutters this fall but the day came and they called to say they would not make it because their truck broke down. They rescheduled us and... no showed. We called & emailed but no reply so suddenly, well past when we should book the service and when it was becoming sketchy as to whether or not we would beat the cold we were looking for a new service provider. We found Patrick & his team at Magic Monkey on Home Stars and they gave us a reasonable quote and ... best of all .. hustled right out that afternoon to clean our gutters for us. Friendly and excellent quality service for a reasonable price! Patrick came out on a Saturday afternoon as he was worried the leaves in the eavestroughs would freeze in the upcoming week. I would highly recommend this company.

I am completely satisfied with Patrick's repair on my eavestrough. He returned my initial call promptly, arrived to provide a quote within a few days, set up a work date, updated with phone calls and arrived on time.
