Attention to detail is critical to me when it comes to renovations in my home. Dan at Majesty attended to the details of the renovation of our 105 year old bathroom. For example, when he took the old toilet off he saw that there was significant water damage to the wood below and rebuilt the whole area to code before installing the new tiles and toilet. It was like this with the walls, electrical and plumbing too and so he "did it right" instead of just covering things over as I've seen with other renos. He kept the lines of communication open and he answered any questions that I had. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself each day. His craftsmanship on the slate floor and the porcelin wall tiles was beautiful. His joinery on the window and door trim was perfect.

This was to be our first "real" reno job. We have an old Arts and craft home, therefore wanted to find someone who would understand the style of the house. We purchased everything on our own and then hired Majesty Renovations to rip out and re-build our main bathroom - which is exactly what they did. They had been referred to us and must say they made the whole process pretty much stress free. They came when they said they would and it took them only 1/2 day more then what they had anticipated. They were right on budget and they kept the place relatively clean, considering that we were going through a reno! They pointed out things that should/could be done to improve the overall reno which we did go with. After living with an awful bathroom for many years, we now have a very simple, functional, clean and bright bathroom. We love our new bathroom and would recommend them anytime.
