John was very helpful when we had an emergency in the middle of the night. We phoned Master's Plumbing and John gave us the first instructions of how to shut off the main valve as he was on his way to our home. John has helped us numerous times, from installing a dishwasher when the retailers' 'installer' couldn't do it, to replacing taps, to fixing toilets and under-counter water filters. He is very responsive and very reasonably priced.
