Once again, Jordan McLaughlin of McLaughlin Flooring, did a wonderful job of installing over 500 square feet of laminate flooring in our family room. The room has never looked better and the flooring is a vast improvement over the carpet that was replaced. We are extremely pleased with Jordan's work and will continue to refer him to anyone we know who needs a new floor installed! Jordan was on time, the quality of his work is superior, the price was reasonable - don't hesitate to contact McLaughlin Flooring for your flooring needs!

Rick and his crew did an amazing job installing all hardwood on my main floor. He was professional and made sure that I knew all costs that might arise. When they left, he made sure that I was totally satisfied. My place was left clean and all garbage was removed.

Mr Rick is a very professional contractor, who takes pride in the jobs he does, always on time, clean work environment, good prices and great workmanship, I've used him twice and have recommend him to friends and family as one of the best in the industry.

We have now used Rick's company twice and have been extremely satisfied both times. Projects were completed on time, the crew picked up all left over materials + his installer Max even listened to classical music!

We called Rick to see about sanding and staining our upstairs to match what we have downstairs as we are selling our home. The previous owners sanded the floors but never got around to getting them stained and neither did we. Had this done while we away on hols' and we we returned, we were VERY pleasantly surprised. Not only does the upstairs look good, it is outstanding work and they match beautifully. Now we are wondering if we should move...(joke)! I would encourage you to try Rick and his staff. They are reliable, neat and tidy plus the end result will please you. Rick is very personable as well. Thank you and well done guys.

We hired Rick to install new bamboo flooring in our home. We couldn't be happier with the results or the service. Rick is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and fairly priced. We had great communication, his team worked clean and he kept us apprised every step of the way. I especially appreciated how detailed the quote was (he wrote up a quote with every possible scenario, and then charged us only for the work that was necessary) and how he was very forthright with his charges. My floors and baseboard look fantastic!!!

I hired Rick to install my new hardwood flooring. Once the old carpet and parquet were removed, it was clear that a new subfloor needed to be installed before the hardwood could be. Rick was there, inspecting to ensure that all the options were provided to me, and then to bring in the team to get the additional work done WITHOUT affecting my timelines. He brought in an additional crew, as well, he brought in a team on the weekend. He was always there when he said he would be, and always on time. I also wanted my existing baseboards re-installed, and Rick helped me with that too. The workmanship was amazing and I am so very happy with my new floors. Rick is truly a professional who is passionate about what he does. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I'm a fist-time home-owner and was on a tight timeline to get my floors in. Rick really knows his stuff and pretty much guided me through the whole process. He explained any anticipated problems and provided solutions where possible. The installation went smoothly and was completed in less time than expected. Update April 7, 2012 - Spoke to Rick within 24 hours of the review. There seemed to have been some mis-communication and I feel through the crack. He came by the house with Max and apologized for the situation. Max, unbeknownst to me, actually is Rick's crew chief and has been for the last 10 years! They identified the problem areas, assessed it, and took it apart immediately. A couple of days later, they got the new flooring and installed it. He didn't ask for any money, and he mentioned that his objective was to keep his customers happy, as he was looking at the bigger picture of his reputation and longevity of his business. I was impressed and glad to hear these words and that is why I have amended my rating. As a customer, I understand that people and companies will make mistakes. The manner in which they acknowledge and resolve these issues is what makes the great companies stand out from the rest. It is this trait that makes me believe that Rick and his team will be able to continue down this path with great success. March 30, 2012 -Used Rick's company - he outsourced it to Max. After 2 months of the floor being installed, it started separating. Called Rick - took forever for him to show up. He came by and said it was weird ! Said he would contact Max and get back to me - that was beginning Feb 2012 - haven't heard from him since !

Fast, quality work, considerate people. Highly recommended. They also recommended where should I buy the laminates from, great price and great quality. They finished the project earlier by one day and they stayed late until the work was done.
