Hardwood floor installation
Rick and his team did an amazing job while doing hardwood flooring installation in our house (upper level). Job involved removal of carpet all the way to the installation of engineered hardwood. The way Rick managed to get an exact match to our existing hardwood floor on the stairs was outstanding. He got various samples and wanted himself to be convinced with the match before even showing that to us. When it came to the actual work, flawless job done in 2 days. They cleared the entire dust and ensured there is no dust left behind. We have recommended Rick within our family and even they are impressed with the job. Great work Rick!

Excellent service from start to finish
Called in contractor to do hardwood on whole second floor, they removed carpet, screwed down the floor, moved all the furniture, installed Hardwood and quarter round Very punctual, said they would be their at 8:00 am and were they all 3 days on time were very clean and profession Highly recommend this company

Condo floor replaced
Rick and his team were very professional. From the first meeting Rick explained how the job would go, suggested preparations, and presented some quality floor choices and underlayment that met the condo board approval. The floors and quarter round were installed in the timeframe specified. The floors are beautiful and the precision around door jams is perfect. All debris was removed as the team cleaned as they went. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Rick's team for your flooring needs, and I will use them again in future.

Bedroom and hallway carpet removal and engineered hardwood installation
Great experience from start to finish. Rick gave clear overview of the process from the beginning, and went the extra mile to find a flooring product that matched our stairs. His team was great, showing up on time every day and leaving the jobsite tidy at the end of each day, and completing everything on time. I highly recommend McLaughlin Flooring and wouldn't hesitate to call Rick and his team for future flooring needs.

970 sq ft townhouse
Rick value his potential customers, we went to the whole process of him going to our house measuring the sq footage giving us quote and showing sample wood flooring but we didnt push thru with the work due to personal circumstances but a year and half later we contacted him again and he didnt hesitate to entertain us again for all our calls and inquiries. We thought he might no longer want to work with us because we didnt pursue on the plan we had more than year before, but he still responded back. What Id like with Rick compared to other contractors I met for this job is his pricing is very detailed, he will show you how he came up with the price quote. No surprises on additional expenses. His team did a great job and we are a happy clients. Thank you Rick and team (special mention to Attila and Thomas) for a professional work done on our flooring. Highly recommended!

Whole new Floor
Very happy with Rick and his crew. Floor looks great. Levelled it off so hardwood flooring will sit flat and solid. Very thorough and explains the whole process.

Simply the best
We were a bit skeptical when we shortlisted McLaughlin Flooring off Home Stars, without any other reference but we need not have worried. 680 sq ft Condo Flooring
As a first-time home owner, I was nervous when my girlfriend and I decided to change our flooring. We contacted a few contractors but Rick was the only one to call back in-person. He made the entire experience personable and comfortable, with easy availability through the phone. Rick even stopped by on a Saturday to show us samples of floor tiles and even offered to come again if needed. On the day of the work, Rick and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. After it was complete, Rick made sure to follow up twice to make sure everything is well looked after. I highly recommend Rick for those who are looking for an absolute professional!
