Farrok at Milani is truly a consummate professional. Together with his trusty assistant, Adrian, they worked way into their lunch time, just to make sure I had my plumbing issue all fixed. They even came back, after attending to another job, to conduct an additional final check. Farrok wanted to completely ensure there was absolutely no more drips nor leaks, after the water had been in use for awhile. Farrok's expertise and level of service is definitely both excellent and unreservedly commendable.

We had our toilet tanks rebuilt, piggy shutoffs and new supply lines put on. Also upgraded washer supply lines. Amrinder was polite and professional.

Manik did a great job, on time, very quick and thorough. Very polite and professional.

Our bathroom sink was very old, falling apart and pipes leaking. Darren came in and fixed everything, replaced sink, fixtures, pipes, etc. He was very professional, and friendly. He was mindful of the time it was taking (and we were paying for).

We had a ceiling leak and thought that we had an upstairs bathroom leak. Manik looked at it and found it to be snow on the roof that followed the flashing down from the roof to the second level floor. It leaked through to the ceiling of the first floor. Very professional, polite and on time. Our grumpy dog even liked him.

I have used Milani twice in the past, with great results. They did a great job installing a furnace and a hot water heater in my house and Ive left them great reviews. But on the third try I was highly dissatisfied with the work. I had a leak in a pipe in the wall, opened up the wall myself, and called Milani to send someone to cut away the cracked portion of the pipe and to safely and properly connect the two ends. However, the plumber that Milani sent was clearly inexperienced. First, it took him three tries to solder the ends successfully. Sometime during these three tries he also managed to drop his tools into the wall and had to cut a sizeable hole to retrieve his tools. After he left, the repair failed after 10 minutes and started to leak worse than before. I called and asked Milani to send someone else to fix the problem, but they sent the same guy. After his fourth try, (and a few days later) there seems to be no leak, but the water pressure in the entire house has decreased significantly. At this point, I am not ready to close the wall, just to be sure that the repair actually holds, and it is very likely that Ill call another company to at least check the work of the Milani plumber, if not to properly repair the damage. $320 for this call was not money well spent.
