    Hot water tank installation

    Mike came in to change out our old hot water tank for a new one. He was very respectful and a funny guy, also taught us a few things as he worked. Came to help us out as soon as he could as we had water leaking on our floors.

    Hot water tank

    Great service. Fast and efficient. All done and other tank taken. Thanks. Will make sure to recommend and get other products serviced at future times to make sure everything works properly.

    Toilet leak

    David from Milani gave us great service and was prompt and thorough! He came to our home to report to our insurance company on why our toilet leaked. He discovered there was a leak in the supply line, which he replaced, and the wax seal had failed. He also left us a new wax seal. At our request, he took away the existing toilet, and left us his written report. We could not have asked for better service! Will definitely use Milani again for any of our plumbing or heating needs.

    Replace Garburator, pipe leak

    We had a plumber David K come to do the fix. He was polite, funny and thorough. After replacing the garburator, we noticed a slow leak in the p-trap, and he promptly came back and fixed it up for us. Very much recommend!

    WARNING TO HOMEOWNERS

    WARNING to all homeowners: I would give Milani a NEGATIVE review if I was able. Do not ever use this company as they are so dishonest it is not funny. They li_ to you and will also state you never said something. They do not honour what they say to you, If you choose to use Milani be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. Ask to see any and all parts that have been removed/replaced. Make sure EVERYTHING is written on the bill that they did, removed/replaced as they will li_ after the fact. I would record your conversations with them because they will in turn say they never said something to you and state you never told them something (in other words they are flat out calling you a li_r). They will blame another very reputable plumbing company with more reviews and way better ratings then them so they do not have to honour a warranty. I was totally shocked that they would blame another reputable plumbing company so they do not have to cover the warranty. They will tell you that they are giving you a credit and then not follow through with the credit. They (not naming the persons name) will argue with you on the phone and even after you have asked them repeatedly to stop arguing they continue to argue to the point you have to disconnect the call. Man if I did that at my job I would be fired in two seconds. Again homeowners do not ever use this company there are so many other reputable pluming companies out there that are not this dishonest.

    Very disappointed / Leaving us in an extremely dangerous situation

    There's a gas leaking for 22 hours overnight after the technician installed a brand new boiler because he used the old piece of copper pipe which was too short. We had to wait for more than 6 hours after calling Milani for emergency by the advice from the Fortis technician! The second technician came and fixed the gas leakage issue, then figured out there's a dripping inside the boiler which meant the "new" boiler had to be replaced! The original technician came and install "another one" reluctantly (I don't understand why.). The next day, there's no hot water during a shower and I could still hear the dripping sound clearly when I stood in front of the boiler!! The Customer Service staff told me if I wanted her to send me an after hour technician, I had to pay and the rate is over $400 for just the first hour. Why would I need to pay when it's Milani's responsibility to give it a check? What a great Customer Service from Milani! Where did the Milani's business ethics go?

    Drain inspection and cleaning

    Our kitchen drain had a few problems and needed repairs and all the other drains in the house were cleaned. Also I had the perimeter drains around the house inspected. Ron was very professional and helpful.

    Loose toilet

    The technician (Darrew), was on-time, very friendly and extremely competent. He explained what was wrong with the original installation that caused the toilet to be loose, and professionally corrected all the issues that he found. The toilet is now secure, and I'm confident that there will not be any further problems.

    heat pump mini split a/c system

    I am thrilled with our new heat pump mini-split a/c system Milani Plumbing, Heating and A/C installed recently in our 30 year old townhouse. I was extremely pleased and impressed with Milani’s crew and service, and I am very pleased with the Mitsubishi products that were installed; and the 10 year warranty! Install, completion, and painting of the line set covers were done in three days! Our strata council is impressed, and I have recommended Milani to our neighbours! Darryl P
