    Great Service

    From beginning to end, working with Milani was seamless and such a positive experience. The representative I spoke with on the phone was informative and helpful and I was able to get my garbage disposal fixed within a day or so. My technician Darren was professional, kind, and good company while he replaced the unit. Highly recommend!

    Clogged taps and a drain

    Super service! Shawntai from Milani Plumbing came over to unplug the bath and restore full water pressure to two taps. She fully explained everything to me and was very courteous and helpful. It took less than an hour and everything is working just fine.

    5832 Main Street Plugged Toilet

    One of your plumbers, Mirza, did an excellent job in unplugging the toilet in one of my rental suits in my apartment. He explained the cause and left the place clean. "Good job Mirza" Many thanks to Milani for assigning a good and reliable person.

    Flooding in basement

    We had a flood in our basement this afternoon due to the sudden down pour. Claude was very fast in dealing with our issue and he took the time to explain to us what had caused the problem and the steps that we'll need to take to fix the issue and prevent future floods. He was very considerate, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Kitchen sink, toilet and shower

    Quick, professional, put shoe covering on. Fixed problem in 30 minutes. We had a few things to look at. Main thing was kitchen sink plumbing. He replaced part. Always reliable. Would highly recommend.

    Kitchen plumbing

    Darren was amazing. He completed the job quickly and took the time explain some preventative maintenance to save on future repairs. He was careful and clean. Would use him again without hesitation .

    Plumbing repair

    Had a very bad blocked toilet . Mirza quickly solved the problem and tested - all ok now. I would be happy to recommend Mirza and Milani Company . Dispatch operator was very professional and work done ontime and to quote. Thank you

    KITCHEN DRAIN PIPE

    I would not recommend Milani plumbing. My experience has been a difficult, unprofessional, unreliable poor one. So very frustrated with Milani from start to finish. Poor communication between employees, billing your credit card without first giving you an invoice results in a lack of respect for the customer. I certainly would not recommend Milani to anyone.

    Kitchen sink clog

    Called Milani around noon on a Sunday after spending all morning trying to fix our plugged kitchen sink. Devon the plumber came around 5:15pm and was done within 15 minutes. He even fixed a slow faucet head we hadn’t thought to check for years. Friendly and efficient, I’d highly recommend him!

    Dishwasher install

    I was pleasantly surprised by the same day scheduling that Milani was able to book for my dishwasher install. It only got better when they sent technician 'Devon' for the service call. Devon brings a level of professionalism that is refreshing and is a model for customer service. I only want to call Milani again because of Devon. Thanks as well for taking away the old dishwasher.
