My garberator was broken so I decided to call Milani to have it removed and at the same time replace my supply lines and drain (where the sink meets the waste pipe). Also fixed the toilet by replacing a faulty fill valve. John was excellent and worked diligently and made sure that everything was working well before he left. He also had lots of feedback for other things we should consider done. Definitely worthwhile and recommend Milani.

Reliability = Excellent, when our other plumber jammed out on us last minute we needed to keep the renovation project running we called Milani Plumbing. They were on time and they sent out Indy who was helpful and charming. We had our aging water valves replaced and he ran a water line to our new fridge. For the work we would give them a 5 out of 5 stars however where they fall is their knowledge of specific city bylaws and permit requirements. We had to follow up with their office for several days and ended up obtaining our permit ourselves. We would certainly use them again.

Our basement flooded - it turned out the water line to our house was broken. Milani Plumbing came promptly, the men were professional, and were friendly, and good with my curious children. They did a great job fixing the problem and cleaned everything up after they left. I would recommend them.

We had Milani install our furnace in October 2012. They offered a competitive price and 300 bonus Air Miles. They are also a large well established company which helped in their favour with my choice of companies. The installation went well and they had to come back to change the drain as they decided (without asking me) to drain the condensate pump into my laundry room sink. I had to follow up several times to get the installer back but they came and cheerfully made the change. The only downside is post sale responsiveness. I have had a few questions regarding the rebate and other things, and with each question I called the office, called the sales rep (several times) and emailed them. All attempts at communication went unresponded to. It was simply due to my persistance and constant calling that I eventually got answers to my questions. The concerns me going forward in our relationship if I ever need warranty work or anything as their complete lack of response to my messages is quite unprofessional. Let's hope the furnace is as good as they say so I don't have to find out!

Prompt, friendly, competent service. Repairman was clean, courteous, and showed me how to fix the problem if it re-occurred. They came when promised and confirmed appointment with phone calls. They offered air miles to boot. Looking back it was rather expensive for what turned out to be a quick fix, but now that I know how to do it myself it is worth the money. I probably would have screwed it up had I attempted it myself. Overall I'd use them again and recommend them.

Our furnace cracked near Christmas season and it was cold out! Having two small kids, I needed it fixed right away. Knowing it was going to be an expensive job, Milani was able to work out some figures we could agree on. Although, disappointed the first time when we were told they were going to fix the furnace on a certain day but did not show up. We waited 4 hours until I called them. They came another day and to make up for the day they did not show up, they offered to double our air miles!

Our hot water heater quit on a long weekend. Milani attempted to help us fix it over the phone, for free. When that didn't work, they were at our house extremely promptly, and charged less than quoted by two other plumbers.

I have dealt with Milani for our furnace needs and have always been happy with their prompt attention to problems. We recently had to have our hot water tank replaced, our installer Matt was knowledgable, courteous and efficient. As well when I called the office to schedule and get a quote, I was warmly greeted and taken care of by Maria. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Milani!

He explained everything he did and answered all of our questions about what to expect in the future in addition to what he did for us today. We called Milani in to replace/install a pressure regulating valve in our home. They completed the job on schedule, for the price they quoted. Gotta like that! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for similar services.
