I called Milani for removal of the old furnace and installation of a new one. The technician Tim was very professional and he completed the work within the time quoted. All work was completed to my satisfaction.

This is the third time I use Milani's services. Things were performed professionally especially the staff arrived on time as booked. So I don't waste the morning/afternoon for nothing. Thank you.

I was very happy with the advice and the installation service provided by Milani. I recently had to compare various options and chose Milani's recommendation as I have my furnace serviced by them and they are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

From my first call to when the service was completed, I was very satisfied with the work done. The plumber was professional and thorough. However, I was not initially informed of the cost of transit (for the plumber to drive to the worksite) and felt that the additional hour was excessive given a 15-20 minute communte from the office to my home. Upon reviewing the bill felt that I had been overcharged. After discussion with the company they agreed to reduce my billing by an hour, bringing resolution to my complaint.

Matt had come to fix our hot water tank in the summer and we were very happy to have him come back and fix the furnace. He was extremely professional, efficient and did a great job.

A few weeks ago, my kitchen sink was stuck. I immediately called this vendor as it is referred by my friend to come. They came promptly and provided really excellent services. The problem with my drainage was solved quickly and they provided me with tips to help me not clog up my drainage in the future. I like their services.

Boiler and HWT needed tune up due to humming sound. Ali was an excellent and well trained technician; he was also very courteous and professional. he did a great job.

Overall I was very impressed by the people at Milani plumbing who helped replace our very old furnace with a new Lennox G61MPV. Greg E. was the company rep and he was very helpful in explaining the work to be done and answering questions. He was also very reasonable when it came to discussing pricing and different options. Dave R. and Damon S. were the service technicians and were absolutely very professional, focused and methodical in all aspects of the installation. I especially appreciated hearing the trade-offs for venting before the work was done plus being informed of a potential plumbing issue left by a previous company. We are very happy with our new Lennox furnace, particularly the very even air-flow and temperature throughout the house. We are confident we made the best decision to have Milani install it. Boiler is making very loud banging noises. I was very impressed by the service performed by the Milani technician on November 17, 2011. He was very professional. So far, the boiler works very fine.
