    Plumbing Services

    I have used Mr. Rooter for multiple plumbing projects, and the service is always excellent. Anthony P. has been the specific plumber that is always sent to my location. He is always very professional and has provided quick and satisfactory services. He is always very friendly and provides great advice to ensure avoiding future problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who is looking for reliable plumbing services.

    Bathroom Plumbing

    On a Sunday afternoon we discovered sewage backed up in our shower and dirty water flowing down the hallway and into the basement. Within an hour Rick was at our house and examining the problem. The work took longer than expected but the originally quoted price stood (and no extra charges for weekend work). Rick was very thorough in making sure everything was working 110% before he left. He also wisely advised us to explore filing an insurance claim and helped us find a restoration team that was also onsite within a couple of hours. Overall amazing service!

    Plumbing

    We required a plumber to clean our bathtub drain and advise regarding the installation of a new kitchen facet. Mr. Rooter were extremely professional and very quick to respond. In particular, the professional who came to our home, Rick Phillips, was excellent. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The kids didn't want him to leave. I couldn't recommend Mr. Rooter or Mr. Phillips more highly.

    replace main water shut off with new ball valve

    Our main shut off valve was leaking and we contacted several plumbers to request quotes. Rick from Mr. Rooter came promptly and spent a good deal of time explaining the repair to us. Although the quote was not the lowest we received, we felt confident in the expertise that was being offered. We are pleased with the personable, efficient and skilled service that Rick provided to us.

    Burst pipes

    Late post... We called Mr. Rooter for a burst pipe over the snow storm in Toronto on Boxing day (Dec 29, 2013). They came within an hour and the whole problem was fixed in 4 hours. Very prompt, professional, clean and precise (they have to make a hole in our hallway to access washroom pipes). Well recommended and trustworthy.

    Emergency Leak Repair

    Mr. Rooter are amazing. I can't say enough about how great the service was. Immediate response to a leaking faucet on the day we had an open house to sell our home. In addition to the quick faucet repair, Anthony spent hours attempting to thaw a frozen water main to our house. Incredible! I would recommend this team to anyone!! Thank you!

    Bathroom Fixture

    Rick was a great help and extremely courteous. He also gave my wife additional tips on how to keep drains clean and clear. I would highly recommend him and certainly would use him again should the need occur.

    Unclogging pipes in the bathrom and in the kitchen

    I called Mr. Rooter and they sent a plumber, George Shakh, in our house just after 3 hours after the call. George did service our home back in 2012 to unclog the same pipes. I asked him if there's a better way so we can solve the problem once and for all. He looked at our past records and explained to us how our pipes in our basement was done wrong. He did a diagnostic of our pipes and use camera to locate where the problem is. He's very knowledgable and friendly as well. He took the time to answer all our questions and patiently explained everything that have to know about our pipes. He checked several times to make sure that he unclogged and pushed away all the years and years of grease found in our floor drainage. He cleaned after and wrote down all the findings for that day for future reference. I would definitely will request him again in the future when we come across any problems with our plumbing. Thank you George for giving us peace of mind and for all your advises as well on how to maintain our pipe and drainage system. Great job indeed.

    Plumbing fix

    The people here were professional and great. When we had our house built the company who built it screwed up the pipes in our kitchen. Though they tried to "help" us with no success, Mr Rooter was exceptionally helpful and the price was not too steep for us either. A better job was done than I had expected but I'm glad I choose this company.

    moved hot/cold water lines, installed new valve for outdoor water, supplied and installed new kitchen faucet

    Rick arrived within an hour of my initial call to Mr. Rooter. The water supply pipes to the kitchen had burst. He explained how easily new pipes could be installed inside as opposed to repairing the existing ones in the outdoor crawlspace under the kitchen. I felt very reassured as he obviously was used to the quirks of old houses and was able to answer all my questions. I took his advice to have a new faucet installed at the same time. Rick went above and beyond in tracking down the correct "thingy" so I could still use my portable dishwasher. He also had some recommendations for future upgrades. I'm extremely happy with the results.
