    Kitchen sink pipe replacement

    Technician Robert Cassels was professional and knowledgeable in his field. He assessed the job and explained what had to be done and offered his estimate. He immediately started to work and made sure my floor was protected. After the job was finished, he explained what he had done and the reason. He also did a few tests with the water to make sure there were no leaks. I was very impressed with how clean he left my kitchen.

    washing machine back up to kitchen sink and leak underneath the sink.

    I read the review rating of Mr. Rooter Plumbing and found it is highly recommended from previous customers. So I called this company yesterday and the office arranged a technician this a.m. to see the problem. The technician explained every step that he took and gave me all kinds of advises what I should do to prevent further same problem arise. He performed his workmanship in a professional way which I feel very comfortable for using their future service if any.

    Plumbing repair

    Work conducted as requested. Service technician was polite and knowledgeable and offered several options for repair

    Sewage/Drain back up

    We are a college at the University of Toronto. The water main out to the city was severly clogged. A combination of storm water and sewage was coming up in the basement and was uncontrolled until Anthony and Greg showed up. The directed the situation, suggested the best next steps, called in the right additional help and within a few hours the problem was solved. Thes guys knew what they were doing and solved the problem as fast as they could, all with good humour in a bad situation. 5 stars.

    Fast, friendly and responsive in an emergency

    Answered my call at 10pm when our basement was filling with water, very professional and friendly, and I was able to get them in right away. I felt like Travis explained all details and I didn't feel pressured to do the work or pay on the spot. Invoices and info all provided in writing. Workers were polite and clean, and all our exterior pipes are now PVC and working well.

    Laundry room faucet

    We had our laundry room faucet which was leaking, making a constant noise, and obviously wasting water. Mr. Rooter came to fix the problem, and within one hour everything was done! Thanks!

    Clearing a clogged kitchen sink drain

    Rick arrived on time. He gave me an electronic estimate for clearing the drain. He then got to work clearing it. The drain was pretty badly clogged with grease and organics. He tested it by running water for 10 minutes to make sure it was properly cleared. He suggested using enzymes to fully clear the drain beyond the hole he poked through the clog. He also noted some defects in the original installation and how they might be repaired. He was very professional and helpful. Thanks Rick!

    Dishwasher Leak All Over Kitchen Floor

    My dishwater started flooding the kitchen while running last night. I called Mr. Rooter. They communicated well the timing of a plumber's visit. Our plumber Rick was very helpful, experienced, and clear about the cause of the leak and changes to our plumbing set up that would prevent it from occurring again. As we are about to undertake significant renovations in our home, he was also helpful in offering suggestions on best practices, and what to consider in design of our bigger project. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Rooter overall and Rick specifically. Invoice 162038304.

    Blocked shower drain

    I called on a Saturday because of a drain problem in my shower that was also being affected when I ran the water at my sink. They listened to my issue and scheduled a time for Sunday. They called to confirm and everyone I spoke to was polite. I love that Bruce T. was prompt, knew his stuff, explained everything and cleaned up. I would definitely use this service again if needed and ask for Bruce.

    Plumbiing

    Great service. Arrived on time and got the job done. Taught me a lot things along the way to help me keep my drains clean. Would highly recommend Mr Rooter and especially Rick Phillips. Honest and did a great job.
