We feel this is a better approach because it allows us to give our customers a price before starting any work. We provide the price upfront to make sure our customers are aware of the cost and are not surprised at the end of any job. The time frame you mentioned was of concern and after reviewing our GPS Tracking System, our records indicated that our technician was there just over two hours and the invoice also lists work that he did to your kitchen faucet that was included at no extra charge.It is our goal to provide all of our customers with the highest level of service and we hope that you may decide to use us in the future if needed.
