    Air Conditioning Replacement in Bowmanville

    James Smith has been an acquaintance of mine for over a year. We both participate on a local Facebook forum and James has provided timely, free advice to me on my HVAC systems in my house. Even though I was under contract with another company he has been very helpful with key pointers to resolve some of my issues. When my A/C conked out at the start of this heat wave I thought it would be a simple call to get it fixed. Unfortunately we needed a new A/C. James recommended a new A/C that was affordable. He cleared room in his busy schedule to take care of us and his techs installed it. Now we are enjoying a cool house. Even after he installed the A/C he did followup calls to make sure we were 100% happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Natural Choice to my friends and neighbours.

    Air Conditioner

    James went out of his way to come to my home on a very hot Sunday afternoon to try to repair our a/c. When that wasn't an option, he gave very honest and upfront information to assist us in choosing a new a/c. The new unit was ordered and installed within days! The installers were prompt and friendly and quite literally rolled out a red carpet to keep the floors clean and protected. I would highly recommend Natural Choice Heating and Cooling!

    New Air conditioning & install

    Was looking for a new air conditioner for our new home in Courtice. James came out to give us a quote and didn't try to upsell us unnecessarily and was very frank about the product line and what was needed to cool our home. Installation went without a hitch and the installers were extremely friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them!!

    New AC Unit

    What a seamless process to get my new AC Unit installed. My new TH did not come with an AC unit so I inquired with different companies for a efficient and affordable cost. I found Natural Choice to be the best and I don't regret the decision. All my questions were answered, a pre inspection found some issues with my builders lay out. This was addressed and shortly after the install was done. The installers wereon time and finished in a reasonable time and cleaned up after. I found the process simple and quick-something you want to consider when the humidity outside is unbearable at times

    Air conditioner install

    I had new central air conditioning installed in my semi as they're starting to build in the field behind me and it might be too dusty to open windows this summer Installers arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. The installation went smoothly and no mess was left behind. Communication via email (as I prefer) was very prompt and clear throughout initial contact, quoting, ordering, scheduling and follow-up. Overall a very positive experience.

    Thermostat, Annual Maintenance

    Contacted a number of HVAC companies for a new thermostat, annual furnace maintenance, and to evaluate my house for a tankless water heater. James responded within minutes. The thermostat I wanted was on back order, but James stayed in constant contact, and once available, notified me and we moved forward. Great company to work with, from the back and forth emails with James, up to including the techs doing the work in the house. It is a tremendous experience, and wouldn't hesitate James and his team to anyone requiring HVAC work.

    New furnace

    We used Natural Choice to install our new central air system in 2014. Unfortunately our furnace died this year, we were so happy with their previous service that we called Natural Choice again to check the furnace. I contacted the company online to request someone check out the furnace and James got back to me right away and said he could be at our home within the hour. We decided that it was time to replace the old furnace as the cost of fixing it was pretty high for an old furnace which probably would not have much more life in it. James was not pushy in any way to pressure us into getting a new furnace rather than fixing the old one. Our home was very cold, and the service call for the replacement would be two days later so James had 2 heaters delivered to our house right away to keep us comfortable while waiting for the new furance to be installed. The installation was great, the guys were professional and knowledgeable and left no mess behind, you would never know they were even here. James also threw in a new wifi thermostat to go with the furnace which is great, it can even be controlled from our phones when we are out of the house. Nothing but good things to say about this company, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service!

    Gas line install

    Did a great job and very clean work! Very efficient with time! Highly recommend this company! Has done several jobs for me including furnace /AC / tankless water tank!! All great work and very knowledgable

    central air conditioner replacement

    Very pleased with the nice,polite guys who totally disposed of our 28 year old system and installed a new A/C and pump with all the finicky tubing to the drain. James the owner was so helpful and patient with all our questions and concerns too.Wish it was hot enough now to use it!!!
