Shendon Brown and his crew were amazing! They worked non-stop over 3 days to complete the job! Shendon worked with us closely to come to the best solution for us and our plumbing! Having a sewer backup is a nightmare and Shendon helped to make it a more positive experience! We were very fortunate to have Shendon and his crew assigned to us! They all went above and beyond! The entire ceramic sewer line of my 110-year-old house was full of roots from multiple trees. New Canadian Drain and Plumbing replaced it all with PVC pipes, restored the basement floor and bathroom, including installing a new and separate bidet fixture. The crew was efficient, professional, and friendly. They started work in -20 C weather outside and kept going despite the cold. The crew also took care to reconnect the sewer pipe at night so I could use the toilet and water as usual even when the work was taking place. The entire job cost around ~$26K.

Keivan arrived on time to assess my flooded basement. While he inspected the main drain pipe (scoped), I recorded the video footage on my phone. His explanations were clear and thorough. He checked the pipes that ran under the house (upstream) and in front of the house past the property line (downstream). I was very satisfied with the results of this inspection and could review the video footage and his explanations later on. Thank you for a job well done!

On Sunday night my plumbing backed up because of tree roots and I called around to local plumbers. New Canadian answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Danny came out and did a camera inspection and determined that some major work needed to be done to permanently resolve the problem. I was dealing with alot in my personal life that limited me but he was very patient at explaining the situation and how urgent it was in a way that was easy to understand then he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that their 20 year warranty was good. I was very pleased with how professional, organized and efficient they were. They communicated with me throughout the process too. Space was very limited but they somehow managed to get it done. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right! Thank you so much!

Replacement of sump pump with battery backup was done efficiently and effectively. Maintenance of new system was clearly explained. Professional and competent service.
