I have been a homeowner in Toronto for several decades and I have used HomeStars for a number of years. But I have only recently started writing reviews of the companies that I use for house maintenance and repairs. Therefore, this review of New View Window Cleaning summarizes 15 years of work and more than 35 different jobs that New View has done for me. The short summary is easy: Excellent. More specifically, over those years, Brian and his guys have many times cleaned the exterior of the windows on my two-storey house, cleared the leaves and debris off the screens on my roof gutters, and taken off (in the spring) and put back up (in the fall) storm windows on the upstairs windows that I use for air conditioners. Every job, every time, has been done exactly as I wanted, always (with no exceptions) exactly on time, with a complete, thorough clean-up. I have many times recommended New View Window Cleaning to friends and neighbours, and I will definitely be contacting Brian in the future for the services New View provides. I only wish that all the companies I have dealt with over the years were as good, reliable, and friendly as New View. (The estimated job price I am stating below is for a typical single job, not requiring extended time or more than one worker.)

Professional, courteous and reliable; New View delivers! I went with these guys based on a colleague's recommendation and I'm glad I did. From the get go with them actually sending someone to my house to do an estimate (the other places I called just google mapped my house and gave me an estimate making me feel like a huge upscale will be coming later) I was already impressed and they gave me a lot of confidence in them. But their work really did it for me. Ralph was amazing. So professional and went really above and beyond. We have a really inaccessible sky light but he was able to get to it. We had them clean the outsides and insides, our screens and the roof. The end result was great - they never looked better. And the final testament to their great work I made a point to call the owner to think him personally for the amazing work Ralph did. Will recommend these guys to anyone.

We're getting too old to be cleaning all our windows, especially when ladders are involved. So we asked four companies for quotes. New View was the only one that actually came out and looked at the job, so we went with them. A few days later, as arranged, a cleaner arrived and spent the next 2+ hours doing the job, with Brian dropping by to make sure all was well. It's now been a couple of weeks and we are delighted with the result. When we did the job ourselves there were always streaks and smears. Not now. We will definitely call on them again in the future. (Note: we are in Etobicoke, not Cambridge, as this website is assuming for some unknown reason.)

Naixin from New View did the window cleaning on our house before we sold it, both inside and out. Our house has over 70 windows, most of them beveled glass, which had to be cleaned by hand using a cloth. He did a superb job and was really dedicated to doing the job well. I would definitely recommend New View window cleaning and would use them again.

These guys are nothing short of professional. I have to say Dave and Chris are awesome. They knocked on my door, explained/verified the service they would be performing and let me know they'll knock when they're done. I have to say, they finished pretty fast so I was a little skeptical. I got out my ladder, took a walk on my roof and sure enough, they did a great job! The windows also looked fantastic. I just wanted to make sure those two were specifically recognized for the awesome job they did. They knocked on my door, let me know they were done and mentioned the various ways I could pay, shook his hand and they were on their way. I wish all my home services were handled to this level of professionalism and efficiency. Thanks guys!

Excellent communication with this company, straightforward pricing and excellent job on our windows of our new home. It is definitely a "new view". Would recommend this company in the future .

Brian provided a quote the day I contacted him. The work was easily scheduled and done quickly. The house is much brighter! I will be calling on Brian again in the future.

The service was quick and professional. From obtaining an estimate to setting up the appointment. They were able to do most of the work via email. The technician who came was finished in approximately an hour. He was polite and friendly. All the garbage was tidily set aside. I liked the fact that I could've paid by cash, cheque or credit card. I would definitely use their service again.

I sent New View an email a week ago to get my exterior windows cleaned. I was told that because of the rainy weather they were behind but would make sure my windows got done this week. I told them what I wanted done - They gave me an estimate over the phone (very competitive) - and i came home today and it was fantastic to walk into my house and see the sun shining through my windows. They even cleaned the ledges ...BONUS !! And a couple of skylights ... BIG BONUS!!. Thanks Brian and Naixin I am keeping your number.

Very professional high quality service. Have used others window cleaning services previously and was not satisfied. Brian and his team were excellent from start to finish. Would certainly recommend without any hesitation.
