During a huge downpour, I realized some of my eavestroughs were blocked. I contacted four companies by phone or e-mail - two of them did not bother responding, and New View had the best and most detailed quote of the other two. Not only that, but the owner himself came to my house the same day to deliver the quote in person! The technician, Cary, was punctual, friendly and professional. The work was done quickly on a Saturday morning, and Cary took the time to explain to me exactly what he had done. I will use New View again next spring, no doubt about it.

We had used another company in the past with disastrous results. New View Window Cleaning staff were very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows, sills and frames, The eaves were cleaned during a rain storm (!) and the workers pointed out problems in the downspouts that would not have been noticed without their assistance. The work was completed on time and the price was comparable with other companies I called. Would definitely use them again.

We could not be more pleased with New View's work on our house. Tsering did a fabulous job on our windows, skylight and screens. He was careful, thorough and very nice. New View came right away to provide a quote and fitted the work into our tight schedule. The price, which I think was quite reasonable, was well worth the result.

I am so pleased with my windows! Brian contacted me right away and within a few hours gave me a quote, and was able to schedule us in within a few days. Naixin did a wonderful job of the windows this morning - I had both exterior and interior sides done, plus the screens. They all look fantastic! I will absolutely be using New View Window Cleaning again in the spring - they were punctual, very competitive price, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and the result is exactly what I had hoped for.

Derek came by to do the quotation 08/30/13. I was off for the long weekend and so I walked him around the property. While we were doing the walk around he noticed some very loose shingles. He said he would nail them down when they did the eaves. Since it was supposed to rain and I didn't want to leave it (and not even knowing who to call), I asked if he could do it since he was here. He said of course, and up the ladder he went. While he was up, he asked if I wanted to do the eaves now (which worked great for me), and so that got done too. He had to disassemble the bottom of one of them, which he then re-secured top and bottom. I was very grateful to Derek that he was willing to rearrange his schedule and take care of me on the spot. Plus, he was very personable, which made the whole thing easier. I will absolutely refer these guys to my neighbours! The only reason I didn't give a 10 was they had lost my initial request for a quotation, and I had to follow up. Derek was extremely apologetic about that, even though it wasn't his fault.

New View were able to book my window cleaning service in very quickly. Windows were cleaned beautifully and the gentleman that cleaned them also let me know of some additional services they could perform on their next visit (very helpful!) Thanks - will use New View again and would highly recommend them!

Brian did an excellent job of cleaning our eaves. We had another company clean our eaves 8 months ago, but that job was so poorly done that we had clogs causing flooding and leaking. Brian took away multiple bags of debris,as well as a small tree that was growing in our eaves, and he checked the downspouts. Highly recommend!

New View did our huge number of windows as well as our fan, chandalier, screens, skylights and changed lightbulbs where accessible. The quote was done in a thorough and professional manner, and the job was done efficiently and to an incredibly high standard by the same polite and pleasant employee who did the quote. The owner followed up to make sure we were happy and payment was easy to arrange after the job was complete. The price was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recomment New View and will definitely use them again.

We needed the windows of our house cleaned. The folks from New View were prompt, quick and thorough. The windows were all cleaned inside and out efficiently and to our satisfaction. We believe we got great value for our money and do not hesitate in recommending to others.

The company was very responsive to my call, even though they were in the busiest time of year at the end of November. Their price was better than the other companies we had quote. The work was done quickly and thoroughly and without leaving a mess. Both Brian who we spoke to on the phone and the person who came to do the work were pleasant, knowledgable and professional.
