Before we moved out of our old house, we had Santino over to replace a tap on the outside of the house. He had the job done quickly, and even gave us tips on how to keep the tap working great for years to come. Too bad for us we had to move soon after. If Santino wouldn't mind the two hour drive, we'd be using him at our house here too!

These plumbers were great. Their advice saved us much headache in advance of the freezing winter months which would have caused our pipes to break. By replacing a leaky exterior faucet before the winter, we have a worry free winter now. The maintenance advice of adding oil and regular testing of the faucets will keep it turning smooth. Thanks

I was referred to this company through another friend of mine. I was very pleased with the work that was done in our home and even more pleased with the quote that he gave me. He was very accomodating when it came to doing the work around my schedule and it was completed ON TIME. I would highly recommend this company for their effeciency and great work.

I required my bathroom renovated and I had a difficult time finding a good plumber. New Wave was reccommened and i was extremely satisfied with the work! We renovated our kitchen and powder room in our home, which required moving the plumbing around for both rooms. Prior to the reno and we had used New Wave for a small repair and was impressed with their service and so used them for this job. We had a small issue with the plumbing inspector, but they handled it quickly and efficiently and for less cost than we had thought. Of all the contractors involved in our reno, Steve and his team from New Wave were among the best, they were on-time and efficient.

When we contaced them they were very professional and willing to come out to view the project to provide us an estimate. They come out to do the project and completed it in a timely fashion with no problems or supervision. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning on a renovation or require any plumbing service. I just purchased 2 water efficient toilets for my home and New Wave Pluming came in and installed them with ease and removed the existing toilets out of my home to discard. Another job well done and the environment thanks you too!

Professional, friendly, prompt inspection of water damage and diagnosis given. (Turned out not to be plumbing related). Team of two were quick to diagnose and clean up any mess created.

I was very happy with the service I received with New Wave Plumbing. I contacted them for an urgent toilet replacement and they showed up that same day. They charged me less for the toilet than I would have paid retail and their service rates were very reasonable. I have used other plumbers and plumbing companies in the past, and New Wave Plumbing was by far, the most reasonably priced and did the work quickly and correctly (unlike other plumbers I have used in the past). I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Santino replaced all my toilets and added shut off valves to all my facets and replaced my kitchen facet he was very professional,knowledgeable and he worked clean he was quick & gave me good advise on how to keep my facets and toilets lasting longer. I recomend new wave plumbing to everyone.
