We were very pleased with the work completed by NewRidge Refinishing. I had a relatively small room with old hardwood. I was having trouble finding a company to take on the refinishing project at a reasonable price. I contacted NewRidge Refinishing and Scott was very quick to get back to me, having a quote to me within hours. Gabor completed the work quickly and efficiently, and the floor looks spectacular! Thanks to NewRidge, we have beautifully finished hardwood in record time! I will definitely recommend NewRidge to friends and family. Thank you very, very much.

I could not have asked for more! Scott answered all my emails right away and was a pleasure to deal with. He arranged for a quote quickly and sent updates and paperwork right away. Matt, who did the refinishibg work, was professional, punctual and accommodated my quick turnaround request. Matt's work was outstanding and my kitchen floor looks incredible! I would recommend NewRidge to anyone and everyone. Pricing was inline with other quotes. The only request would be for a business phone number that went through to someone live vs just an answering machine.

NewRidge refinished the hardwood flooring in my family room. I have recently renewed the fireplace leaving a bare area around the mantle. NewRidge filled in the space with new hardwood, completely stripped all the old surface and made it all look like new. Service was prompt, professional, and clean. I would definitely use them again.

Initially, we contacted NewRidge Refinishing about the possibility of refinishing the old hardwood floors that we found below the carpet in our home. Matt from NewRidge Refinishing came in to take a look at the floors and advised us that due to the condition of the floors and the type of wood (he suspected they were birch), it wasn't worth refinishing them. Actually, Matt was honest enough to tell us that they can be refinished but that we probably wouldn't be happy with the results. He recommended we lay down new flooring, which we did. We purchased a Dubeau Maple hardwood ourselves and had Matt install it. At first, we were a little concerned about how it would turn out since we purchased the flooring "on sale". We knew that it wasn't a high end wood but nevertheless it was still decent wood. Matt did an excellent job installing the hardwood. His attention to detail was most obvious and he worked with us in determining which directions we wanted the floors to run in each room, the transitions, bull noses for the stairs, etc. The floors looks fabulous! We have had many positive comments about how great the floors look, including from some of the contractors who are doing work in the house. We would highly recommend NewRidge Refinishing for hardwood floor installation. As a matter of fact, we plan on stripping the carpet in our living room and dining room some time in the next few years and we will surely be contacting NewRidge Refinishing to install new hardwood!

These days, good customer service is hard to find and exceptional customer service is almost non-existent. However, New Ridge Flooring exceeded all expectations for customer service and quality work. A rare combination!! From initial contact to the completion of the job, New Ridge attended promptly to our questions/concerns and offered expert advice. They were very flexible and willing to accommodate to our specific needs while remaining competitively priced and fair. They started on schedule and completed the job on-time as quoted. We couldn't have been more pleased with Matt's craftmanship and wouldn't hesitate to invite New Ridge back for future projects.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our recent two flight winding staircase high quality refinishing job. The work included stripping, sanding, staining, and polyurethane coats. Tremendous attention was paid to detail with excellent craftsmanship. The work was started at the pre-arranged time and completed in a timely manner. Matt was very courteous and eager to please in any way possible to have a satisfied customer. I would not hesitate to highly recommend NewRidge Refinishing for any required refinishing job.

NewRidge Refinishing was great to deal with. They showed up on time and took great care in their work. Neat and tidy and attention to detail was great. We were very impressed with the work done on our floors. The paint and nails on and in the floor were removed and squeaks addressed. Matt showed up on time each day when he said he would and was meticulous in his detail to the repairs and floor finish.

We are extremely happy with the job Gabor completed in our home. We had our living room and dining room sanded and stained to a darker colour...it looks fantastic, and I was surprised at how little dust there was during the process. Very professional company, quick e-mail respones and showed up on time.
