Supplied and installed seamless eavestrough and rerouted them to a downspout below .

This company is outstanding and v ery efficient in doing this job. They removed and disposed of existing materials to be replaced and sloped the new eavestroughs properly around my porch and garage in the direction of the downpipe.. Would definitely recommend them.

    Answer from pro:

HI Jean, Sometime, we reslope the eavestroughs to move the downpipe to the other end. This provides a better place for the water to drain off. This was the case on your home. The new system to should work worry-free.

    Repair and re-strap eavestrough downpipes

Over the winter of 2015/16 a seam burst in a downpipe previously installed by North Shore. Darren suggested changes in strapping, orienting and sloping the run-off pipe; and the work got done promptly and for a fair price.

    Answer from pro:

    Eavestrough Replacement

North Shore provided the best value for money based on the quotes I received. The installers were very polite and did a good job. After everything was completed they explained what they had been done and why.Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations as a leaf blower was used to finish up.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for mentioning best value. We are not necessarily the cheapest company but we provide a high level of quality work, customer satisfaction and an excellent warranty. The job isn't done until the site is fully cleaned up. How can we provide customer satisfaction, if we leave a mess? Laura

    Eavestrough Repair

We had some water leaking into the basement when it rained and called North Shore Eavestrough who we have used in the past. We needed to redirect the eavestrough from draining into the ground to the backyard. We did not expect that this would be completed until the spring however the gentleman arrived within two days, was pleasant and did an excellent job within a couple of hours explaining to us what he was doing. The job was completed to our satisfaction and he managed to match the eavestrough to the roof of the house and matched to the roof over the patio. This solved the problem and we would highly recommend North Shore. Eavestrough John and Marilyn Taylor

    Eavestrough installation

We are pleased to provide this brief report on a recent installation by North Shore Eavestroughing at our home in North York, Ontario. The project required the removal of the old, dilapidated eavestrough and the installation of a new one around the entire house. Darren and his assistant Nick completed the project on time and as per quotation. They were very conscientious, efficient and professional and left the site completely clean of debris. Darren's demeanor and presentation, as his assistant's, were reassuring. We are confident in recommending Darren and his team (including Laura at the office) most highly. Thank you for a job well done.

    Answer from pro:

On behalf of our whole team, I thank you. It is important that we provide good service from the first phone call or e-mail until the last piece of debris is cleaned up. Laura

    Excellent experience

House is six months old, and the late fall weather brought several eavestrough leaks to light. The leaks appeared to be a combination of poor corner sealing, and out-of-level troughs. As well, porch roof drain, trough and downspout were not installed properly (leaking, not straight, no crimps at connections, etc.). Over the holidays, sent an email to Darren asking for his help. He responded very quickly, and scheduled a site visit to assess. With the clear and detailed quote in our hands, North Shore was hired to fix the issues. Within a few days, Nick and Darren arrived and did a fantastic job fixing all the problem areas. Before they began, Nick and Darren took the time to look at other areas around roof drainage. Although they concluded that these were not urgent, we were alerted to additional areas to be watched for potential water issues. Shortly after the work was completed, we had a solid rain and everything worked perfectly! Thank you to Darren and Nick. We will call them, and only them, for any future work on our eaves and downspouts. Highly recommend them!

    Answer from pro:

HI Mark, Properly sloped and sealed eavestroughs are essential to rain water management. If eaves are not sloped properly, the water can sit in the eaves, weighing them down and causing them to bend. In summer these stagnant pools can help breed mosquitoes. We are glad that Darren and Nick were able to fix the deficiencies and make you aware of other areas to watch out for.

Amazing efficient work, no pressure quote, even broke the quote down into pieces so I could choose which parts I wanted done

A++ Went with NSE due to the good reviews on homestars, happy I made that decision - could not be more satisfied with how it turned out - they even installed them in the winter when I was worried they would not because of the cold temperatures.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you, Tim. We will work as long as it is safe to do so. The aluminum and caulking materials are not affected by the cold, so we are able to work in winter, as long, as there isn't much wind, snow or rain. This was a large improvement and you can rest assured that you won't have problems with rain water getting in. Laura

    eavestroughing

North Shore were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They were even able to re-route the eave drainage and eliminate two down pipes. The team was very knowledgeable and it took pride in their work so that the end result was aesthetically pleasing.

    Answer from pro:

We are thankful for your business! We are happy that you are pleased with the result. The heater cables should help keep those rear pipes ice free. Nick and team did a great job executing the plan. It was a pleasure to meet you. Darren

Replacement of all eavestroughing, installation of leaf guard system

NSE personnel including office staff, installers and manager are all down-to-earth (easy going) but professional and defintely skilled in their trades. Excellent communicators. They significantly improved the shedding of water and leaves from roof and my home. They also did a couple of extra small jobs for me with no hassle. It was a pleasure to have this team work at my place. You definitely "get what you pay for" when you hire this company but you know they will deliver quality and stand behind their work for years to come.

    Answer from pro:
