Darren provided the estimate professionally and represented the company proudly. The crew worked safely, patiently and delivered results with quality workmanship. As the title states, North Shore did an excellent job on replacing the eavestroughs and downspouts on my relatively small semi-detached bungalow in Mississauga. Three guys came out and all were punctual, worked efficiently and were very professional. They answered all my questions and even explained things as they went along since they saw I was interested in the job they were doing. My and my wife chose North Shore for a few reasons: first is because they provided us with a competitive quote. Second, because of the outstanding reviews on Home Stars. The third reason is because on their website it showed they accept VISA/MC as a payment option. When speaking to Laura in the office I advised that I would be paying with visa gift cards for the majority of the payment. In the end paying with the visa gift cards all worked out. But, as a warning for anyone wishing to pay with Visa/MC gift cards, some of these gift card companies require a deposit of 15% of the total amount that is charged on that specific gift card (they say it's because you are paying for a service, as opposed to buying a product) - it doesn't specify this anywhere on the Terms&Conditions on the gift card. We eventually got the 15% deposit back onto the gift card, but only after 7 days or something like that. I found this out after having to call to complain to the gift card customer support centre. It had nothing to do with North Shore's payment processing specifically but, what a headache! Anyhow, Laura went above and beyond in trying to make my preferred payment option work. North Shore was extremely accommodating and worked through the problems in a very timely and professional manner. It's been roughly 4 months since the job was completed and no more leaks since then. Me and my wife are very happy with the job they did and definitely would recommend them to any family or friend.

Fantastic Service. I had problem with my eaves for more than years and each time I was calling an eaves company, they were not calling me back because it was a small job. North Shore Eavestroughing called me back right away, came to my place within 2 weeks to see the problem and within a month, the work was done. I don't have problem anymore. They are very professional and very nice!!!

100% First class operation. I was having sereral issues with my eaves and downspouts that were causing leaks into my basement. Darren came over, assessed the situation, had it all taken care of within a day. Damaged eaves and downspouts can give a homeowner a lot of grief, and I was one of them. Thank you so much Darren and North Shore for doing such a wonderful job.

I had contracted Darren and his team to replace all our eavestroughs on my home and garage. I am very happy with the reduced maitenance with the leaf guard! They had a perfect color match and all the eavestrough were seamless. It was a great experience. Three years since it was completed and no problems to report.

North Shore came out to measure a downpipe and determine the proper color that we needed to do a repair. We had done some damage to a downpipe while we were doing some fence work in the back yard. It was dropped off at our jobsite with all the fittings we needed to do the repair. Thank you!

North shore is a very reliable company,Darren and his staff are very knowledgeable about their work He explained what the problem is and how they are going to fix it.they did a great job in replacing and changing the down spouts and eavestroughing.The crew were very polite and tidy .Highly recommend this company

I used the internet to find a local company to replace my eaves troughs and I was very impressed with North Shore Eavestroughing's website. They lived up to all as advertised such as coming on the day as arranged for both the estimate and on the day they were to start the installation. Everyone involved was very pleasant and helpful from start to finish. The price quoted was the price I paid. The eaves troughs [ with leaf guards ] have now been installed for eight months and with all the rain we had this year they performed to my great satisfaction. We have another section of the house to complete next year and will not hesitate to call on this company. A VERY positive experience.

Neat, clean and punctual!!! Professionalism is the perfect adjective for this company. The crew were courteous, accommodating and very professional. They arrived on time and completed the entire job, after all that work still have energy to cleaned up very well. I would recommend them to any one who needs eaves trough work.
