I had one of my eavestroughs pull out and fall during the last winter storm and decided to have my eavestroughs replaced. I found North Shore Eavestroughing through Home Stars and have nothing but good things to say about them. Darrin came over to work out and estimate and provide me with great advice as to reworking my downspouts to get one of them off the sewer system. He also helped with getting me the proper information to get an exemption from the city for the second downspout that couldn't be removed from the sewer. When the estimate came in I was so impressed I spoke with my next door neighbor (It's a semi Detached house) and they decided to get an estimate on their half of the house. Darrin and Laura were very helpful and patient with us in getting my neighbor's quote and coordinating the installation of both halves of the house at the same time. During the installation, the team was extremely professional and I got the impression that they really took their work seriously. At the end of the day Darrin even came and helped with the finishing touches. I would also like to mention that they warranty their workmanship for 10 years. I could go on but it is best that you visit their website and checkout some of the videos and reading material for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

They did a great job and cleaned up after their work. New eavestroughs look great! The provide a great warranty on the work and labour, so we can count on them if we need future assistance.

We're very pleased with the work done by North Shore. They were great in helping us choose the right colour for our home. They arrived on time and were courteous, polite.and professional. They cleaned up so well you can't tell they were here and they walked us through all the work they had done. We would highly recommend this company and will be doing so very soon.

Exceptional job. Professional and very dedicated to my satisfaction. They went over and above the work needed by providing extra supports for soffits (at their own expense). They checked site days after job was finished to ensure site was clean and work was done well. I very highly recommend them.

I found NorthShore after researching on Homestars and was impressed by the company’s reviews and awards. Ryan came out to assess the work to be done within a week of my call to the company. He was polite and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, made recommendations and walked us through what would be done. A written quote was given shortly after and we were told it was a fair price after some consult. Ryan and Tony came out on time to complete the work and did so efficiently in about two hours on a very cold, windy afternoon. There were no problems during the installation process. They removed the old eavestroughs to be discarded and did a thorough clean up of all debris – I was impressed. They were respectful and professional in their work. Laura was always friendly and timely in response. I was pleasantly surprised that I could pay the balance 3 days later due to the office closing that Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend NorthShore to family and friends.

Many thanks to the crew and staff at North Shore for the excellent quality of workmanship in replacing my old eaves troughs with the added leaf guard system and downspouts. All was done professionally in one day and to my complete satisfaction. It was a pleasure to always be able to talk to Laura in the office when I had questions. Would definitely recommend North Shore to all my friends and family.

Darren came by our house and very clearly explained all the options available to us in a very unbiased manner. I never felt upsold on anything; in fact we were able to save a couple hundred bucks based on one of his suggestions after our initial estimate. The work was done very efficiently. It's always great to so easily see the professionalism in the crew. Eavestroughs are one of those things that you do right once and don't have to think about for a long time, so the extra cost was definitely worth it for the quality of product and service we received. We're really happy with how everything turned out!

The North Shore office staff and crew listened to us re. our needs, and then performed the installation on time and on budget, and always maintained a clean and safe work site. All around, the company was a pleasure to deal with.

Great costumer service,great workmanship, they came in on time &left no mess behind them ,very professional, they rearranged the direction of the water flow , by doing so i get less noise and drainage runs smooth
