    eaves, soffit ,fascia, siding

    typical scarborough bungalow / replace original eves soffit fascia and siding on peak of house Great crew on time on budget They were they only company that brought a tape measure and level to quote the job Very professional No sub contractors , quality workmanship Neighbours were even impressed

    Eavestroughing

    True professionals, great teamwork and a fantastic job. Work was completed in a timely fashion and the jobsite was clean upon completion. I wish to thank Darren the manager and to the team of Tony and Nick for their great workmanship and attitude. Thanks...........Patrick.

    New Eavestroughing on the entire house and some new soffits and fascia board.

    First class job completed in one day and the entire property cleaned up before the three installers left. Very professional and courteous. Knew what they were dong. The two installers who I met at the end of the day were Tony and Devin. I would certainly recommend this company.

    Thanks so much! It was a full day with new soffit and fascia on the garage and entrance area to freshen up the front of the home as well as new eavestrough with leafgaurd. Now you do not have to worry about dangling loose eavestroughs! Everthing is tight and sloped correctly. Let it rain!

    New Eavestroughs

    I had been wanting to write this review for some time. Overall I found Darren and his partner (as well office) to be professional. I live in Markham and replaced my eavestroughs in June 2011, The story begins well. Darren said he will come at 4 for estimate and he came in precisely at 4. Me and my neighbour watched the crew work on the eavestroughs. My neighbour, who is more experienced, said that he could see that these people's worked to very high standards taking care during each step of the process. The caulking, the joints, the downspouts everything was of top quality. Best of all their prices were very competitive. I would recommend everyone to seriously consider Northshore for their eavestroughing needs. Regards, Satya Dash

    Eaves, Facia + LED Light

    Meant to write this review sooner, but have nothing but praise for Darren and his crew. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, they were able to finish the job despite the numerous the delays - which is expected for the safety of the crew and the nature of the job. We weren't sure at first about the colour choice we went with but after the new facia and eaves were put on, the house looks amazing. The crew went above and beyond to triple check everything and even created a downspout through my deck that made it look seamless, we were very happy with the end product. We also installed LED lighting and went with the soft white bulbs which don't stand out as much as the regular bulbs which gave a more subtle ambiance to the house. We love it and would highly recommend North Shore.

    Replace Eavestroughs

    We got North Shore Eavestroughing after looking at several reviews on Homestars. We'd contacted Darren and got a quote for replacing our eavestroughs, downspouts, and installing new gutter guards. Darren was very knoweldgeable and gave us a detailed quote that let us understand exactly how what went into the quote. Darren and his crew started the job on the date that was communicated (given that it had to change once due to weather). On the day that they were to start was the first snowfall of the season - the crew stuck it out and finished in a day! We are very happy with the finished product, and were very impressed with how they cleaned up after they were done. We would recommend them anytime!

    Replace Eaves

    After reading the great reviews for North Shore on Homestars, we hired them to replace our eaves. Over the winter we had some problems with ice build up and put a call into Angela. Darren came out immediately. Turns out the problem was related to insulation in the roof and not connected with the eaves at all. Darren returned a second time to follow-up and make sure we were satisfied. Darren, Angela and the entire crew are true professionals. They take customer service very seriously and stand behind their work. To me that is the real proof of how good they are, not only did they finish the job to the highest standards they are always reachable and responsive when questions come up. We continue to be very satisfied with the work they did for us and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking an honest, professional and reliable contractor.

    Eavestrough

    Northshore Eavestroughing were a pleasure to work with. After comparing quotes I found them to be reasonably priced. They called to let me know when they would be at our property a week in advance. The day they were due to come they were running late but called to let us know. They finished all the work efficiently and on time. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and they explained what they had done to us. They were very polite and professional and wonderful to work with.

    Replacing eavestrophing on front and back of house

    Had new eavestroughing installed on the front and back of the house, and the downspout redirected as it had been draining into the ground. Also had a leaf guard system installed. I left the house in the morning, and was suprised to see the guys were done by the time I got home from work. They even capped the old piping that that downspout was draining into, which I had been previously told I would have to do. The work looks great, and the new eavestroughing and leaf guard system work great too. I am very pleased with Northshore and would definitely recommend them.

    Installing LED pot lights for outside and leaf guard eavestrogh

    The project is very straight forward. North Shore Eavestroughing Company did an excellent job and we are very happy with the result. I will highly recommend this company to everyone with the similar renos. Thank you very much Darren.
