    installation of gutter clean system

    From the original phone contact I made, for which they returned my call promptly - to the estimate visit, for which Darren was on time, thorough and professional (and he made some suggestions which we really appreciated for improvement of drainage ) - to the actual installation, which they accomplished in a timely, friendly, workmanlike manner...I was more than pleased with North Shore. I have already referred them to a friend who is getting a total eavestrough replacement done. They are very businesslike: WSIB, no contracting out, work guaranteed, helpful webpage. Angela in the office was super - all emails answered promptly and reliably. What more can I say? Highly recommended.

    Now that big tree out front will not be such a nuisance! Your eavestroughs are now good and solid with the extra reinforcement we added before installing the leafgaurd. The new downpipes now properly direct the water to the lower eavestroughs and will prevent damage to your roof.     Drainage & Lighting Upgrade

    A great crew, showed up on date as promised and on time. Excellent workmanship, a friendly and professional demeanor by the 3 young men. Our expectations were exceeded with regards to the final product, and they paid every attention to detail at the end of the job to clean up and leave the site in immaculate condition! Thanks again Darren, Tony & Devin!

    House and Garage eavestrough replacement

    Called North Shore based on the reviews here at Homestars and I wasn't disappointed! Daren and his team provided excellent service and very professional work. Tony and Devin arrived right on time and tore down the old troughs and installed the new within the day (smaller house!). They were both very friendly and did excellent work. All the debris was cleared out from around the house which was actually cleaner compared to when they arrived. Daren also followed up the next day with a visit to ensure I was happy with the installation. Great work to all involved from a very happy customer, will definitely recommend you to anyone.

    Eavestrough replacement

    Darren came and provided an estimate and was very pleasant to deal with. They provided an estimate and we agreed over email. The job was done while I was at work and the entire place was completely cleaned up better than I had left it in the morning. They even came back to fix a minor issue. Wish all trades were so professional.

    New Eavestroughs

    I have been in this house for over 20 years and I noticed this year in particular that when it rained the water poured over and under my eaves like Niagara Falls on both my roofs. I also noticed that a number of the nails holding the old eaves in place were protruding I obtained a number of estimates from various companies but the estimator that impressed me the most was the one from North Shore. He was thorough and obviously knew what he was doing. He pointed out why things that I thought could be done could not be done where other companies made no comment! The job was well done, on time and the area completely clean when the boys left. I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done!

    new eavestroughs with leaf guard and LED lighting

    To give back to this community, this is my first review/post. We moved to heavily treed lot so I was planning on installing a leaf guard system myself. But after the first heavy rainstorm, I saw that I had to replace the eavestroughs because the water was overflowing. After some research, I contacted NorthShore who also did LED lighting. Darren gave me quotes for both the eavestroughs with leafguard which was a lot less than I expected and for the LED lighting. I ended up purchasing 3x the LED lights that I originally anticipated because I thought it would look better to have the whole perimeter done vs just the front. There was no hard sell on anything and Darren explained the various leaf guard technologies, type of eavestroughs and LED lighting in detail. The quotes were done in a timely manner, NorthShore showed up when they said they would. In the time(s) they could not show up (weather) they called and emailed in advance to let me know. Most importantly, the work they completed for both the troughs and lights is first rate. You can tell they care about their work as the cabling is cut to measure and appropriately and neatly tie wrapped at the transformer. The eavestroughs and leaf guard have been performing well and the LED lights look stunning yet are extremely functional. Lastly, I found the information on North Shore's blog extremely helpful and educational which is one of reasons why I decided to contact them from the outset.

    Installation of new eavestroughing and downspouts

    From the estimate provided by Darren, with follow up by Angela to the installation and clean up performed by Tony and Devin, my experience with North Shore Eavestroughing was lovely. The folks were friendly and professional and customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their eavestroughing and downspouts.

    New eavestroughing and siding

    I found North Shore Eavestroughing through HomeStars. They were great to deal with throughout the whole project. They are professional, courteous and helpful. They respond quickly to any emails or inquiries and came as scheduled. They installed new eavestroughing, soffit and fascia as well as siding the front peak of the house. The installers, Mitch, Tony and Devin, were friendly and approachable and did a great job - they were meticulous with their work ensuring everything fitted perfectly. The work area was cleaned up every day. You can tell that they take pride in their work. I would definitely use North Shore again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Replacing eaves troughing/downspouts

    After asking friends and colleagues for a good eaves troughing company, I finally heard about North Shore. They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them. They were also kind enough to include leaf guards (which wasn't part of the original quote), deal with a curious neighbour (and modify the work without hesitation as the result of the curious neighbour!). Thanks again Darren and team!

    Replace eavestrough with gutter guard & aluminun flashing around bay window several patio doors

    My spouse and I were very impressed with North Shore from quotation through to project completion. The cost was competitive and the quality was better than that provided by the builder of my home. The installation was performed with meticulous care, ensuring that the slopes of the eaves-trough were correct, in fact correcting the original installation, and project was done with safety of the staff and homeowners paramount. The new eaves-trough are functioning perfectly. I recommend Darren and his team without hesitation.

    Hi Sid, Thanks alot for the review! Your house definitly needed to be approached with safety and care due to the 3 storey height at the back. The old eavestoughs were installed with improper slopes and had small 2x3 downpipes. The new improved system, with proper slope, 3x4 pipe and leafgaurd has optimized the system. Problems with your eavestroughs are history.
