Very quick quote, good scheduling, great price. I've recommended it to both my neighbours and have already had the pleasure of seeing their truck back to do more work. (too bad we couldn't have bundled the install and maybe got a volume discount!!) Not only were they one of the lower quotes (for the same product installed on a bungalow), they had the best warranty and were easy to deal with. I had to have a callback to fix a minor deficiency, but it was no problem to get them to come back within a good time frame. (I actually had to tell them not to come back so soon because my drive was being re-paved and I had to co-ordinate between these excellent contractors and somewhat shady pavement guys.)

Right from the first contact, I knew I had chosen the right company to replaces my eaves. Despite last minute changes to plans, Northshore exceeded my expectations. It ended up being a long day for the installers as the house presented a few challenges for them. But the guys were determined to make sure everything fit as it should. They cut no corners and it was very apparent that the entire company takes great pride in the work that they do. Great job and thank you.

First saw North Shore Eavestroughing at the Toronto Home Show and got a very detailed explanation of product and process. When we called to set up an appointment, we got - Fast quotes, fast scheduling, fast installation. Installers were helpful suggesting appropriate downspout locations and were very pleasant, worked quickly and left the property spotless. The price was comparable to other companies, but the service was exceptional. Darren and his team truly know the meaning of customer service.

After years of searching for a decent eavestrough company in an industry poorly regulated, we are thrilled to have found an exceptional company. North Shore is a professional, reliable, honest business run by people who know what they're doing and what you want. Darren Perry gave us a fare estimate, stuck to it, explained everything that would and did happen and he and his team did a brilliant job from the set up to the cleaning up afterwards. They were a pleasure to work with. Because of predicted rain the next day, Darren finished the job himself, staying until 9pm. Unbelievable! Equally important was the incredible communication we received from his staff. Angela was a model of efficiency and kindness. We have never before had our calls and e-mails answered so quickly. We will definitely recommend North Shore to everyone we know.

North Shore Eavestroughing company is terrific! The quote was very reasonable and right from the start I knew I had to hire this team. Angela and Darren are just the most polite, professional people. Darren himself came to the site to assist, as the old troughs were very difficult to remove. Mitch and the team were super polite, friendly and very professional. The installation is beautiful, and the clean up outstanding. You couldn't even tell they were there! They even blew off my porch roof of all the debris! I am very impressed, and would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I am writing about work completed July 2009. I wanted to see how the eavestrough performed over winter in order to write a complete review. I opted for the Alu-Rex leafguard system as my neighbour has two large Manitoba maple trees, and I have had to clean my eavestroughs numerous times during the year. After installation of the seamless eavestrough, there was one small leak where the eavestrough was fitted around my chimney. North Shore responded within 24 hours of my call and sealed the leak. The leafguard system has saved me a lot of time and energy and performs as promised. I also opted for the rain barrel. You could save some money by purchasing your own rain barrel, as I have seen them advertised for less than I paid North Shore (but then I didn't have to cart it home from the store). The installation plan wasn't fully explained to me, so I tried to save a few bucks by not having the overflow/by-pass eavestrough attached to the downspout leading to the rain barrel. This was a mistake. If you have a rain barrel, it must be fully drained over winter, or the water will freeze, expand and crack the barrel. The by-pass would have saved me the trouble of trying to keep the rain barrel empty as the snow melted from my roof. I will see if I can get a retrofit this year. I was thoroughly pleased with both the product and workmanship provided by North Shore Eavestroughing. I highly recommend them.

I found North Shore Eavestroughing though the Homestars website and am very happy with the Eaves and Downspout replacement they did for me. The work was professionally done and has improved the curb appeal of our home by reducing the number of downspouts at the fron of the house.

I found North Shore Eavestroughing here on Homestars. I can't say enough about them. Everyone I dealt with, in particular Darren and Angela,was professional, friendly, honest, and accommodating. North Shore did a terrific job at a very reasonable price and they left the place spic and span. I only wish I had called them sooner. If you are stalling because you're worried about getting a reputable company, all I can say is: call North Shore Eavestroughing for an estimate and see for yourself!

I recently noticed overflow on my eave's and was concerned that it may be something incorrectly done with the eavestrough's installed in my house. I had 4 other company's come out with 3 of them stating that I needed to replace them even though they are only 3 years old. Darren was very honest and told me what I was experiencing is normal. Darren is a stand up guy and would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for someone who is honest and not out to rip you off. Thank you again Terry

We had complete new eaves and downspouts installed in our home in April, 2010. The workers were courteous, efficient and pleasant. The company went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with the finished product, and left the property spotless on completion.
