I DIDN'T GO WITH THE HIGHEST OR THE LOWEST PRICE I WENT WITH THE COMPANY THAT WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!.I SEEN THERE WORK ON T.V.TO SEE THEM IN MY HOUSE DOING THE SAME WORK IT WAS WORTH IT.THEY TOOK PRIDE IN THERE WORK.EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO PERFECTION.IF THIER WAS SOMETHING OUT PLACE THEY TOOK THERE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND I LIKE THAT.THEY LET ME KNOW STEP BY STEP WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND ENCOURAGE ME TO WATCH THEM AT WORK.THE GUYS ARE GREAT AND THEY KNOW THERE STUFF.I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE. GREAT JOB GUYS....

We hired Northwood to connect 2 gas lines and fix up a previous botched job from the builder. Not only did Eric do an outstanding professional job, he was very patient and courteous throughtout the whole time, even if it did mean having to move the stove back and forth 5 or 6 times!! We highly recommend Northwood as they are efficient, trustworthy and very professional - They get it done right the first time!

We had a full HVAC and Gas Line installation done, shortly after purchasing our home in East York. Over one full year later, we are still extremely happy with the work Gary, Brain and their team provided. The job they did was on time, on budget and extremely professional. They provided us with invaluable advice during the installation to create a safe, clean, quiet and efficient heating and cooling system in our home. On top of all that, they are just plain nice and are great to do business with. We look forward to them maintaining our system in the years to come and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC or gas work done.

We had tight spaces for these two projects but Northwood came up with plans for both that were thorough, clean and fast. We appreciated their attention to detail - they even custom-made pieces unavailable in-store like a removable external grille that will keep the birds from trying to nest in our dryer vent again and they didn't even wake our sleeping baby in the process.

Anyone can sell an air conditioner but only the guys at Northwood SHOULD be installing it. The attention paid to every detail no matter how small was exceptional. They took the time and care the job requires. You may need to wait to get an appointment but you will not be disappointed! They are worth the wait!

We have had problems with the air conditioning unit since it was installed when our home was built (less than 10 years ago) Having had a variety of companies in to deal with it each year--including one that replaced the coil, the water leakage problem has recurred yet again. So we called Northwood. Gary came personally after 6:00p.m. on a Friday to find and assess the problem. He took his time and found it--improper installation from a previous company. He sent 2 technicians on Monday to fix the problem. Not only was the work done efficiently, but they took pains to clean up the area, better than it looked previously. I'll use Northwood every time and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Northwood came to see my problem and arrived on time - scheduled further visit to complete work. Again, on time and the work from all appearances has been done professionally. Great attention to my home - tarp laid on floor and stairs; thorough sweep after work. Explanation as to what was done. Felt very comfortable that the work done was done well and did not feel I was getting "ripped off" as is so often the case. Very satisfied

Above and beyond service from Brian, Gary and their two younger colleagues.The work was done in time and on budget, all objectives were 100% achieved. They went the extra length and- without being requested- installed extensions and shut-offs that would make future additions/modifications easy. If you want the job done right, clean and in time - Northwood should be your first choice.

We moved into our new house, and realized that gas was brought to the house but not into the kitchen, and since we are hooked on cooking with Gas, we said that we’d try and have it installed. Our real estate agent and home inspector were hesitant to advise us on moving ahead with having a gas line installed because of our finished basement, and the kitchen was one of the farthest points away from the main line. They all told us that we'd have to rip everything open and it would be a disaster. We called Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning Co. to come and see what they could do. Well after talking with Northwood's office manager Josie, she got Gary to contact me, and within a very short time Gary called, he calmed me down, and set a time to see the job. Once Gary and Brian came, they surveyed the site and came up with solutions that no one had even thought of. The next day they came, installed, and had us cooking with Gas by dinnertime. They were so ingenious, clean, and efficient and virtually no visible openings had to be made to install the very long gas line and they made it work. We are extremely impressed with Gary and Brian; they are professional, timely and very hard workers. I would recommend Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning only to those who want the job done the best way possible, with absolute confidence in their work. Thank you again Guys! Tom

I am extremely happy to have called Northwood Heating & A/C. On the first night after installing the new furnace & A/C, I realized how much more comfortable my home felt. They were very knowledgable and professional. I was impressed with the team who were polite and worked diligently to complete the work. I am pleased with their service and will be using them for installing new ductwork in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new furnace or air conditioner. See you guys soon.
