Can I give Olympic Kitchens 11 stars?? I would if I could! Louie Katsis at Olympic Kitchens came recommended to us from friends. Having lived through the 'bathroom renovation from hell' with another company, we were slightly skittish to re-do our tired, 1980's kitchen. But our friends reassured us that it would be fine. They were right! Louie was fantastic! Our kitchen is challenging from a design perspective because it's very narrow and long and previously was poorly designed and had lots of wasted space and traffic 'bottlenecks'. The difference is unbelievable. Louie made use of every inch of space and included great ideas such as refrigerated drawers that give us lots of room without taking lots of space. The quality of the cabinets is top-notch and besides being functional, the kitchen is gorgeous! The service that we received was outstanding. Louie was always prompt and whenever I had a question, my email was answered quickly. Louie recommended a contractor for the project and they worked together really well to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. The installers (Sammy, Winston and Al) who came were prompt, courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Louie and his team. Simply the best!

I recently completed my kitchen project with Olympic Kitchens. The new kitchen looks lovely! Originally Olympic Kitchen was not my 1st choice. Olympic Kitchens came across when I was looking for the dealer for Cambria quartz in my area. The contact then started from getting a quote for the countertop. Although it was only a small project initially, I was impressed with the professional service and prompt response from Louie. After being in their showroom and exposed to the quality of the cabinetry and service that they have, I decided to move on the whole project with Olympic Kitchens. Throughout the reno, Louie had been a big help, he was always open for questions and advices (great source guide for tiles and others!), he checked and reminded me of different things that I would not have thought off and ensured that the customer is happy with the end result, even little things like how to position the kitchen sink (mine has 2 bowls with different size). Suffice to say, I am very satisfied with the quality of their products, decent price, and full services from the beginning till post installation. I can’t wait to refer Olympic Kitchens to the others. Louie, thank you again, it was a great experience working with you!

We are in the process of getting our new kitchen installed by Olympic Kitchens. We have worked closely with the designer Andrea. From our first visit to the showroom and to her subsequent visits to our home she has been on time, very professional and very, very helpful. She called and emailed me back in a timely fashion. Her input in our decision making was very valuable. She took the time to explain things thoroughly to us. The front line staff at the showroom was also very helpful whenever we would go in and she would greet us with smile every time. I also dealt with Louie and he was very accommodating. I would, and have already, recommended Olympic Kitchens to my friends and family. We will also be using them in the near future to make some custom built ins for my basement. The installed is just finishing up today and the cabinets look beautiful. I love my new kitchen!!

We just worked with Olympic to have new kitchen cabinets built and installed for our kitchen renovation. The cabinets themselves are gorgeous and we are very pleased with the end result. We were however extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received overall, which would take a great deal of space to mention here but suffice to say that we came away from the experience very very disappointed with how we were treated.

We renovated our kitchen and bathroom in 2008 and Ilias from Olympic Kitchens did a wonderful job for us. No task was too daunting. He gave us direction, was available and very approachable. His design was great. I must also say that he has followed up with us over the past 5 years and we therefore hired Olympic to complete some built in's for us as well in the past few months. Olympic does a great job in designing, installing and following up. For all these reasons, we give Ilias and his team at Olympic very high praise.

We began our reno by attending the Home Show last year. We had several designers come to our home to give us suggestions and quotes, but we were not overly impressed. Then we decided to call Olympic Kitchens. Olympic had done a beautiful job renovating our kitchen in 2006; we thought we'd see if they'd do a master bathroom and built-in cabinetry for our bedroom. We are delighted with the result. Louie came in and had creative ideas and intelligent suggestions. Knocking on walls, measuring the upper floor, he determined that we had some space beside our shower which would allow us to enlarge it; no-one else (contractors or designers) had noticed or thought to see not just what we wanted done, but what could be done. Louie helped narrow down our choices for colour of the cabinetry, the countertop, to the paint on the walls and even suggestions for our headboard. He incorporated our multitude of little changes along the way, handling it all professionally and courteously. The style of the units and the interior cabinetry are beautiful, both in form and function. The job was completed efficiently and on schedule, and when, after living in the space for a couple of weeks, we decided we needed a few additions, Louie came up with some inspired solutions. We never felt pressured, and felt that our tastes and preferences were as important to him as they are to us. Very happy with the result. HIghly recommended.

Olympic Kitchens did an outstanding job in our new home in renovating our kitchen and bathrooms, as well as providing built-in cabinetry in our dinning room and storage areas. Having worked with Louie and Olympic in our previous home, we knew that the workmanship would be exemplary and that everything would be done when promised and within the budget, but it was the extra touches in design and service that made the final product so special. Louie even accompanied us to the tile stores to guide us through what would otherwise have been a very intimidating process to select the perfect colours and products. We highly recommend Olympic Kitchens.

When we recently purchased a new home we did not consider using anyone other than Olympic Kitchens, which had created our kitchen and bathrooms 15 years earlier in our last home. Louie Katsis was excellent! Louie had great ideas; he was thoughtful; creative and designed a fabulous kitchen for us. Louie is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through every step of the process and was always willing to help to ensure the kitchen was exactly what we wanted. Our new kitchen is functional, inviting and the centerpiece of our home. Olympic’s installation team was top notch and professional. Olympic made sure everything was done right and in time to enjoy our first Christmas in the new kitchen. We have received many complements on our kitchen and we are completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Olympic again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I contacted Olympic Kitchens just before our reno was to begin and I was connected with Andrea Panacci, who is one of their space designers. Over the next 6 months, Andrea and I worked closely together to design our kitchen, our living room built-ins and our entrance bench. Every one of our meetings was on-time and professional and Andrea had fantastic ideas on how to work our space into the kitchen we wanted. Her recommendations, even when not aligned with what I thought was best, were always better in the end. She has done it and knows how it will look so I trusted her and was not disappointed. Our living room built-ins were a bit more of a challenge given our bar fridge and spacing but they turned out better than we would have imagined. The finish product was of high quality (everything was rift-cut walnut so obviously somewhat of a challenge to work with) and the craftsmanhsip was superb. Installation, though it was delayed due to circumstances outside of Olympic's control, was excellent and the gentlemen installing were very professional. I cannot recommend this company and their employees and owners enough. Thanks so much to the Olympic team to help make our dream home a reality!!!
