    Fridge repair

    I called Chris to schedule an appointment, And 30 minutes later Peter was nice enough to stop by on his way home from work and repair my fridge. Clean courteous and quick. I would recommend Pambis to anyone.

    Kitchenaid refrigerator

    Peter called me back within an hour after leaving him a voice message. He asked me a couple of questions regarding the issue with our refrigerator , determined potential resolutions and gave us a time he would be out (that same day). Peter showed up a few hours later with part in hand. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. In addition to swapping the defective part, he inspected other key components and give the unit a clean bill of health. Peter was not only very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, he was also very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions we had... even when some of those questions were asked a couple of days later. It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and I will call Pambis Appliance Service for all our appliance repairs in future.

    Oven repair

    Peter immediately called me after I emailed him through Homestars. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to obtain the parts needed to repair my stove. He was very flexible and able to work around my work schedule to come at a convenient time. He was prompt and was able to repair the stove quickly. Would definitely use Pambis again. Thank you!

    broken washer

    fridge repair

    Front-Load Washing Machine Repair

    My 3 1/2 yr. old washer would not start its washing cycle & the door would not open. The Pambis staff was very prompt to return my call and helped me walk through a number of options to ensure a service call was necessary. The call was booked for the next day, and the costs were reviewed in advance - very reasonable. Peter was courteous, prompt & efficient. He persevered in opening the water pump after a new one was not readily available -- and removed the problem item (a nail). Thanks for the quick & cost-efficient fix, and message to always empty out pockets!

    Washer Repair

    My the timer on my washer broke down, and when I called Peter to come and fix it was fixed in two days. That is only because he had to order a part or it would have been done earlier. Peter was extremely accommodating and very friendly. He gave me the option to replace the washer but told me that it was still in great working condition and that I could not get the same washer for the cost of just fixing it. After doing a bit of research on that option he was very right. This is the second time that we have had Pambis assist us and I would continue to use them in the future. I have already recommended him to a friend. Peter is the best.

    Electric Dryer repair

    Pete and Chris responded quickly to my inquiry. Pete asked the right questions before he came to the appointment so that he could do the repair on the spot, which he accomplished very quickly. He was running late, but made sure he kept me informed and honoured the appointment. He very polite and helpful - Gwen, East York

    Does All Our Appliance Repairs

    Peter has been repairing our home appliances for quite a while now, initially in our Toronto home, and because we like his work so much, now in our home in Whitby, where he normally doesn't service. He has repaired our dryers (2), washer, stove, and refrigerator (2). He does excellent work, and can usually tell what's wrong and give us a ballpark price over the phone. And he hasn't been wrong yet! Peter is friendly, on time, and does what he says he will. Plus, his prices are reasonable for the quality he provides. And no, we're not related. We never knew him until we called him for an emergency repair, almost five years ago. Thank you, Peter.
