    Great service!

    The broiler element in my oven was not working and it was not clear if it was the element itself or a problem with the controls, which would be more expensive. Turned out to be the control switch, which would have cost about $400 to replace, but Peter found a reconditioned one for half the cost. He was easy to deal with, arrived when he said he would (2 appointments) and kept me informed as to what was going on, as well as explaining what repairs were required. The people in his office were great too. I highly recommend him.

    Great washer repair service

    My washer started to give trouble and I started to contact the top reviewed services. Peter was the only one that provided a detailed email response on what the potential issue was and what I could try to do myself to fix it. When that did not work, Peter offered a quote for the parts and labour that ended up being exactly what I paid (and the issue was exactly what he had diagnosed). He has a very professional approach to his work. The washer issue was resolved, it's now (for several weeks) working like it did before the incident. Highly recommended

    The Appliance Whisperer

    Peter is the Appliance Whisperer - this guy is a PhD of appliances - he can diagnose and fix anything, including my 3 year old Kenmore fridge, which needed a new control board and drain tube. Quick response, knowledgeable and gets the job done. Only small, small drawback is he's a little expensive.. but you have to pay for quality, right ? ! and you get what you pay for. Overall very satisfied with Peter and Pambis Appliance. Thanks Peter !

    washer making noise

    Peter came early, checked the machine and decided at this time the machine is working fine. He will come back immediately if the status changes. I have full confidence in his expertise and reliability, will definitely call him. Thank you.

    whirlpool washer not draining and dryer not turning

    Fridge Repair

    Peter was able to provide a same day repair on my evaporator fridge fan. I was impressed by the quality and speediness of the repair. This was the second appliance repair by Peter and each time I have been impressed with his service!

    washer not spinning, full of water

    Peter is the only guy I will call when my appliances fail. He's fast, reliable and honest and he really goes the extra mile to provide great service. I highly recommend this company

    Excellent Service

    November 2014, a friend recommended calling Peter when my washing machine broke down. The washer couldn't be repaired, so Peter installed a new one. 2 days ago (14 months later), the new washer leaked. I called Peter - he returned my call immediately, and booked an appointment for today (my earliest availability). Turns out, the problem was a loose hose. Peter fixed it quickly and did not charge for the service call, even though it was outside the 12 month warranty period. I really appreciate this as well as Peter's prompt, professional service! Thank you Peter!

    dishwasher leaking water

    Quick to respond with an honest and straighfprward quotation to my enquiry for an appliance repair. Scheduled a repair date and time quickly and without difficulty . Job was completed efficiently and working area was left spotless clean. Appliance operates better than when purchased new. Overall a friendly and extremely professional service. Would highly recommend Pambis as I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
