    As Promised

    This is my first time using Park Paving and the fifth driveway I’ve had paved. Park Paving is by far the best of those I have previously used. Carmen was easy to talk to and he carefully explained every stage of the process from removing the old driveway right up until completion. He made a few suggestions for a more aesthetic look and I’m glad I listened to him. His happy crew was efficient and friendly - a great team! My driveway was completed within the time frame originally quoted. I have a strong deep base and a smooth thick layer of asphalt with a straight bevelled edge. I highly recommend Park Paving.     Ghosted, twice

    Carmen was very friendly and approachable at the estimates and was calling to book the sale, but when I mentioned my neighbour bailed on doing both sides, he stopped returning my calls and texts, TWICE. I get its a hassle to do one side of driveway when dealing with a shared, but I still need it completed and didn't deserve to be ghosted, twice. It's a shame when a company with a good rep decides your driveway isn't worth their time. Back to the hunt of trying not to get ripped off by some other company.

    Driveway Paving

    Park Paving has been my go to company for all of our paving needs big or small. Staff is friendly and does incredible work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality job and really cares about and your paving needs!!!

    Driveway paving

    Love my new driveway. Vito Angileri was a pleasure to work with. No hard sell. Job was well done and completed on time. The crew was neat and tidy and looked like they enjoyed their work. Would use them again and highly recommend.

    If I Had Known

    Park Paving paved my driveway and my neighbours driveway at the same time in August of 2020 - driveways are adjoining. When given the quote, he offered to make the centre between the driveways lower to accomodate any rainwater or melt coming from either home. We reminded him again the day they came to do the paving. As soon as the job was complete my neighbour and I noticed that it was not lower in the centre. My entire driveway was lower. I called Park Paving to come back to see what a mess I have in the fall and he agreed it was all coming my way but made no offers to correct the situation. They hadn't done a water test after paving to check for the drainage he admitted. All the rainwater or ice melt is running down close to my house to the front and under the cars parked at front. It is a hazard. I have already had one occupant of my home fall on the ice. I have used 8 bags of salt to keep a safe walkway to our cars. The water/melt is also pouring into my breezeway to my back door. The sealer on my stamped concrete breezeway is now all lifting where the water sits. He is not returning my calls. I suppose he is waiting for legal action. Please avoid this company. Untrustworthy

    Hi there, I am disappointed to hear that your are not pleased with the outcome of your driveway. Your driveway had many aspects of leveling that had to be taken into account, considering your neighbour and yourself share the driveway. Your neighbour conservatively sits between 15" to 18" higher than you from one side to the other. Not to mention his detached garage which is located at the rear site is even higher than that which also creates added leveling issues. Your cement walkway at the rear also had to be low enough to accommodate to allow water to run off concrete to the driveway. Those two aspects plus basement windows, side doors, concrete walkway, concrete curbs, garage floors and retaining walls of which you and your neighbour share was all taken into account. Unfortunately, there are many complexities of elevation. However, as a professional in my field we would have to say your driveway, with all its different leveling issues, resulted in a job well done. I would also add only the best virgin materials were used in both aggregate and asphalt applications and only up to date high compression equipment was used for your driveway. Although pleasing everyone may not be possible, Park Paving Ltd did without reservation the best quality job in regards to materials and workmanship. Sincerely, Park Paving Ltd.

    Driveway

    Took months to pave. Didn’t get done until Nov 2019 Holes developed around fence posts, we have called many times to fix. They have promised to come fix since spring. Still not fixed

    asphalt driveway

    Carmen was great to work with from the initial quote, the removal of the old driveway, checking on the settlement of the crushed gravel. To the paving of the new drive. Excellent job and very professional. Would recommend this company to anyone.

    Driveway paving

    Its been almost a year since the driveway was done and it still looks great. Carmen worked with us to coordinate a date that worked for us. The job was done quickly and professionally.

    Driveway re-paving

    We had Park Paving Limited re-pave our driveway in September 2019. We would highly recommend this company. Carmen was very easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly. His crew was very polite and tidy. Shovelling the snow this winter is made easier by our smooth driveway.

    Park Paving

    The end result of my driveway was very good. My major complaint is lack of communication. I tried many times to contact Carmen and the calls were not returned. Frustrating customer service. We were told we were next to be done for weeks. It was a process that I do not want to repeat. Hopefully the driveway holds up well.
