    New Roof

    We had to wait long but the wait is worth it. They did an excellent work on the roof and service was good too. They even fixed our leaky roof way before they had to start working on the house.

    . excellent's: + Technical Advisor's great attention to details uncovered potential & hidden problems, and responded during on & off office hours. + Roofers crews worked from 8~8, job done in 3~4 days with expert craftsmanship & workmanship. + Supervisor's on site professional pre- & post- inspections & advices uncovered previous improper installation problems by other contractors. . extra's: + much effort to avoid unnecessary costs on parts & labours. + more touch up & paint for great looking. . every penny well worth it. . i cannot find anything for complaint. . 5/5 on Google, 10/10 on homestars for all the works well done. please keep on the great work. congratulations.

    Replacement roof from Cedar Shake to fibreglass shingle (Residential)

    Penfolds Roofing helped us with our home roof replacement after another roofing companies crew accidently came to our house last summer and started to remove our cedar shake roof by mistake - the final resolution was to authorize Penfolds Roofing to come in a replace our entire roof. The Penfolds crew was very efficient, cleaned up each day and even worked a Saturday to keep to the schedule. We chose Penfolds Roofing as they are and have always been the "Go To" standard for roofing contractors - and we would recommend them for both the residential and commercial operations.

    New Roof . . . & just in time !

    The job was very professional, by friendly crew, done when promised, at a cost as estimated ! What's to argue with this ? Well done Penfold's . . . P S . We get compliment's on our new roof ! Thank you

    New roof - house and detached garage

    From first contact to last, the Penfold's team were great. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The crew who replaced the roof worked unbelievably hard. I am amazed at what they accomplished in the time they were here - I expected the job to take at least 2 days longer. The job site was cleaned up every day. At completion, other than a beautiful new roof, you could not tell they had been here. I would highly recommend Penfold's to anyone considering a new roof.

    New rubber roof

    I contacted Penfolds to get a quote for a slate look rubber roof. A representative came and explained the procedure and took measurements. Soon i was contacted with a price and possible start date. I found the price comparable to other companies offering shingle roof replacement. I agreed to go with the superior lifetime rubber roof. I am so happy i did. Your home is your biggest investment, your roof is what protects that investment. The crew were awesome! Very friendly, very professional. They took great care in the removal of the old roofing and debris removal. Hard working, minimal breaks. After the job was finished an inspection was done to make sure the job was done correctly and that i was satisfied. I highly recommend Penfolds... Great Job!

    New Metal Roof

    Penfolds surpassed our expectations for a great service and product experience. When our shingle roof started leaking we looked into a few options and decided on going with a metal roof. While we were away on vacation the installers came by and completed the roof, it was like returning to a new home. Our neighbours informed us of the progress and told us they were impressed at how quickly and efficiently it was done. We have had the roof for a few months now and have not needed any service calls despite all the constant rain. We are happy with the new look of our home and our neighbours have all given compliments in passing. The most common question we are asked about our new roof is always whether the metal roof is noisy, we are happy to say it is not noisy at all.

    replaced homeowners roof

    Originally we called another roofer to come and have a look at the roof because we developed a leak. I waited at home all day for them to call back after they said that they would, no reply!!!! We heard Penfold's ads on CKNW for years so we called Penfold's and talked to Scott He did an assessment on our roof right away. In a couple of days he came and showed us different roofing options as well as materials,and price options we booked on the spot. Scott kept us informed about when the job would be started. When the weather was right the roofers showed up and Darcy introduced himself to us and kept us updated on when the project would be finished. The roofers were very professional and kept everything neat as possible. When the roof was finished Scott came by again to make sure we were happy with our new roof and also followed up with a phone call. Our new roof looks great and matches nicely with the grey siding on our house. Even some of our neighbours said they were impressed with how the roofing project was handled and how good the roof looked. We are very satisfied with Penfoldis.

    Great Roofing Company

    After researching a number of roofing companies, we settled on Penfolds and are very glad we did. The entire experience from choosing the materials to the installation of the product was, in a word, professional. Although roofing is a messy job, our yard was left in a better state than before the roofers started. No one really wants to pay for a new roof and gutters, but I highly recommend Penfolds.

    new roofing, gutters, solar panels

    We cannot say enough good things about Penfolds roofing. We had them install new roofing, gutters and Solar panels on our 60+ year old House. The Staff and contractors were all very Professional. Penfolds was able to help us with Municipal Permits and Electrical Breaker panel work to give us the best possible Solar install. Scheduled work was done on time and at our convenience. Our electric bill has been reduced by ' over last year at the same time. The value of the building will go up and we have peace of mind the roof and house will last us beyond retirement. Thank you Penfolds roofing.
