New roof
These guys did a good job. Extremely thorough, skilled roofers and cleaned up at the end of each day. The finished product is awesome. Opted for the ecoroof (rubber) roof which is more expensive than asphalt but looks so much better. Altogether a really good experience, would recommend highly.

Wow, what a roof
After the wind storm of 2018 we knew we needed a new roof. We saved up and at the beginning of this year we were wanting to get the roof done. We found the reputation of Penfolds Roofing was excellent and after our experience I can see why. They are true to their word. At the beginning before we signed the contract there was no pressure, offering what ever help they could give. They walked us through, gave the project and the cost in writing, came on time of the day the job was to start, kept it clean during the job, cleaned up after themselves and did a follow up to be sure the job was done to our liking. The roof looks amazing and strong, I can't wait for the next wind storm. They placed little water catchers on the corners of the roof to guide the water in the gutters. We had some rain and one catcher was not doing its job, we had a water spout off the roof. I called and in a couple of days it was fixed. They showed us that if there is any issue they honour the warranty of the roof, no questions, just help. Thank you Penfolds I can't say enough great things about you and would recommend anyone with a roofing issue to give you a call first.

Integrity, Follow Up, Best Roofing Crews In Canada!
Being in the sales profession for over 25 years has afforded me the luxury of readily assessing people when meeting them in person. When I first met Jason, it was obvious that his integrity was only superseded by his customer centricity and fun demeanour. I had read up on and heard first hand from my neighbours what a great organization Penfolds is and Jason simply reinforced that with his awesome service, follow up and follow through

St Philip's Church Roofing Project
St Philip's Anglican Church in Dunbar faced replacement of roofs on our rectory, parish hall and church ranging from steep shingled slopes to flat tar roofs. All this had to be accomplished within careful budgeting following a year-long capital campaign. Trustees had to choose wisely to invest parishioners' donations with a view to future generations. Penfold's bid was chosen because they offered expertise in large complicated projects, a site manager assigned to our job, and a wide range of products that includes EcoRoof shingles made of recycled rubber tires. We chose economical asphalt shingles for the rectory, and costlier long-life EcoRoof shingles for the church and parish hall. Penfold's communicated and negotiated well with our contractor, lived up to all their commitments, and sent a hard-working, friendly installation team of six who put in long, productive work days. We were so impressed by them that we thanked the team and supervisors with a blessing and a pizza party on the lawn. We recommend that you talk to Penfold's about your roofing needs.

Roofers
Penfolds came in with a superior quote and did a superior job on the roof of my first house. The contact person was professional and promised quick and timely service, many roofing options including skylights, and a comprehensive around the house clean up. The workers were quiet, fast, tidy and completed the job quickly. This is the kind of company a homeowner wants on their property and on the job. The final cost came in slightly under the quote and I've never have had to think about the roof again with the 40 year warranty.

Penfolds to the rescue!
We had a raccoon damage our roof one evening and Penfolds was there the next day repairing the damage. Staff were extremely helpful an accommodating as it was forecast to rain that day. We used Penfolds 10 years ago to replace our roof and the quality of work and service has not changed in those 10 years. Thanks guys!

New roof and gutters
We had our roof and gutters replaced by Penfolds Roofing in May 2020 and they did an awesome job! From the initial sales contact to scheduling of the gutters - we asked them to give us time to paint before putting them back up - went smoothly. The roof crew was very professional and did a great job in removing all the debris and cleaning up when they left the site. Gutter crew was very efficient, in and out in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with Penfolds and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Replacing a very old roof containing two layers of asphalt shingles and one layer of aluminum shingles
It was a pleasure working with Penfolds Roofing on replacing my roof. I was impressed with the professionalism of Hamish and the entire Penfolds team including John, the field supervisor, the administrative staff and the installers. Hamish very patiently answered my many questions about the product quality and choices, and he and John jumped in promptly to address an issue with a new bathroom vent I needed to have installed. The installers were respectful and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the project. I appreciated the company's attention to disposing of the old shingles and metal in an environmentally respectful way. I chose the Penfolds product because I wanted a long-lasting fibreglass shingle with rubber durability and copper pellets to resist algae and moss growth. I also appreciated the referral to chimney mason Lawrence of Trend Chimney and Fireplace to repair some damage to my chimneys and replace the caps. Lawrence was meticulous in his work and provided a quality outcome. I am delighted with my lovely, quality roof and would not hesitate to recommend both Penfolds Roofing and Trend Chimney.

New residential roof
Penfolds is a professional company that provided an excellent new quality roof. Jason was exceptional in doing an accurate estimate, education about options and answered all my questions. Penfolds does an annual roof check for maintenance that is reassuring. I strongly recommend Penfolds team and products. Jenny.

Roofing Excellence
After getting several quotes from other reputable roofing companies, we ended up going with Penfolds and we are so glad we did. They were super professional throughout the process, providing us with updates often and their technical advisor Sean was very patient and helpful. We are abundantly happy with the final product and would definitely recommend Penfolds for any roofing project.
