We shopped around and obtained several quotes and designs for our new deck. We settled on Perfect View Decks because they had the most unique design (which showed that they actually listened to our requirements) and a reasonable (but not the cheapest price). Simon and Adam were easy to deal with, offered many suggestions that we wouldn't have thought about, and delivered on time. Simon and his crew were friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up the job site each night when they were done. Having dealt with many contractors, we are happy we chose Perfect View Decks and would definitely use them again in the future.

After obtaining quotes from the Deck Store, Hickory Dickory and 2 others, Simon blew them away with his quote on an AZEK solution. They came when they said they would, they worked with my stucco guy during the project to ensure the deck support beam mounting to the brick was done correctly and to spec, they gave me several design improvement ideas, they were never forceful, although they insisted on beams at 12" on centre in lieu of 16", and, they weathered the storm when my neighbour called the city inspectors with professionalism and helped me get my permits. These guys are awesome. Highly, highly recommend. Oh yeah, and after the project, Simon helped me get a discount on additional materials from his supplier. I would not go anywhere else.

I can't say enough positive things about Simon, Adam and the entire crew. We were so pleased by the hard work, reliability, attention to detail and insistance on absolute perfection. We have dealt with a ton of contractors and written a bunch of reviews, but quite honestly of anyone we have dealt with in our home these guys stand out by far. We used Azek material for a backyard deck, angled to perfection with the perfect compliments including lighting and a pergola. The crew always showed up on time (in fact often earlier than expected), worked extremely hard and were meticulous to every last detail. They take extreme pride in their work and the end product is beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

The quallity and craftsmanship form these guys was top notch. I was delighted with how profesional and friendly their service was. I can tell you how pleased I am with the end result of our deck. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of this deck designed and built by Simon and his team. Their dedication not only shows on the final product but also during the construction process as they communicated with us frequently to make sure it would be built according to our wishes. Every member of his crew were very hardworking and skilled, and it was rare to work with a company that did not require us to look over their shoulders at every step. Overall, we had a peace of mind experience during this construction, and thanks to Simon & Co. our backyard is the envy of the street!

It's all in the name and Simon and his crew deliver. Perfect View Decks created an extension of our home that we know no one else could deliver. The boys of PVD are meticulous, hard working and build as if it was there own. If you want a good deck I'm sure there is a number of contractors that can build you one. If you want a great deck that people will talk about, Simon's your man. Simon says "here's your design" Simon says "your deck is complete" Simon says "enjoy the memories"

Simon and his team provided us an exceptional product at a very competitive price. The guys were always on time, work extremely hard, and were great to deal with. We obtained three quotes for our project and after meeting with Simon we felt very comfortable with him, his ideas were original and his prices outstanding for the work completed. I would recommend Simon and his guys without any hesitation. They exceeded all of our expectations. The value for the timely fashion and quality of their workmanship was unbeatable. They cleaned up the site every day before they left, started on time and finished within expectations. You know you are getting a beautiful deck that is going to last the tests of time. When you meet potential contractors you just know who the right one is immediately. We felt this way when we met Simon for the first time.
