Very professional I called for an appointment and I have received confirmation in the mail the next day. Pictures taken and clear explanation of what was needed done. Your employees seem like a Happy Bunch! We liked that you have specialist in each area of roof and skylights-flashing. Always very courteous –your staff. I was very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly the job got done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Walker to friends and/or neighbours as they were very professional and hard working. I even got comments from people when they walked by while the crew worked on the roof. My neighbours were very impressed on how well the crew worked.

We hired Walker Roofing to redo our shingles based both on the reviews from homestars and that it seemed everyone in our neighbourhood was using them as well. Yes it wasn't cheap, but from start to finish their service and attention to detail were outstanding. Here are the highlights - They proactively communicated arrival times and work durations - They took great care to ensure site safety and that no nails were left behind - Every person we dealt with was professional and courteous - They replaced not only the shingles, but 2 skylights, created new venting to solve a humidity problem in the attic, and discovered part of the original roof was floating and nailed everything down securely. - When the work was done, Peter Walker himself came to walk me through the work that had been done and to answer any questions I had About 9 months later after a lot of snow and ice we noticed a leak coming through the ceiling. Walker Roofing returned our call immediately and came out right away to get up on the roof and clear off any unmelted snow/ice around the suspected source, and then Peter Walker called and came over to personally inspect the work. We agreed on a taller vent based on the angle of the roof and the higher likelihood of snow accumulation in this particular area (a unique issue of the design of our house) HERE IS THE BEST PART: Between discussing the new vent and the installation of the new vent we had another big snowstorm and Walker Roofing proactively (without waiting for us to let them know) sent their people to the house to clear off our roof in this area to prevent any further problems. This to me is the reason you hire a company like Walker. They aren't cheap, but their attention to detail is excellent and their response to issues is fast, professional and above average. Excellent job guys!

Work was started & completed on time. The Walker employees worked all day into the early evening. They did a great job of cleaning up both our property and the neighbors.

I have 2 chimneys on my roof. One was in very bad shape and I retained Walker Contracting Inc. to rebuild it. They did such a great job, including colour matching the brick and pouring in place the concrete cap, that I immediately made a deal for them to rebuild my second chimney while they were still on site. I am very satisfied with their quality of work, from complete explanation of the job beforehand to thorough cleanup of the site afterward, and would highly recommend this company to others. A few years prior to the complete roof replacement, Walker was able to repair a leak. So when it came time for a complete new roof, Walker was our first choice. The work was completed quickly and on time as promised. We have had absolutely no problems since the work was completed in 2005.

In the spring my roof sprung a leak and was damaging my living room furniture and floor. I called three companies and Peter & Greg Walker were the only company to respond that day to assist me. A patch was put on the roof to stop the leak and I was told what was required to fix my roof. After getting three quotes from other companies, the roof was repaired by Peter and Greg Walker. I also requested that they do the chimney. Each step of the work was explained to me and why this was required. The work was exceptional; done on time and as quoted. A clean up crew came after the work was completed to ensure that all nails and debris were removed from my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The roof is going to last for my life time.
