I had Pioneer Pools (Burlington) open my pool. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Monty and Mitch were great to deal with. I would recommend them 100%. They were efficient and went above and beyond their duties. What a great experience !!

How can we start this Pioneer Pool review...... can we give 6 stars out of 5? Unfortunately not, but trust us they DESERVE 6 STARS. From the beginning, this company showed a truly professional costumer services. After Bryn came to our home to asses our backyard and asked us few questions about our dreamed pool( that we had no idea at that time what we want except an inground pool) a very quick appointment at the office was seated up. At that appointment, a date to start the project was already decided and all our questions were answered in a professional matter. An estimate fee was also discussed and a 3D plan followed shortly after. After doing a research, Pioneer Pool prices are the same with all other big pool companies.The estimate fee was exactly what we end up paying.....no surprises. We did some changes to the first project we made but never felt any pressure from Bryn when taking a decision. Contrary, he always answered all our questions and guide us within our best interest only. Pioneer Pool will design your pool and also gives you idea about landscaping around the pool. Richard was helping us with that, and we have only good things to say about him too. Unfortunately our start date was delayed by the city but once again Bryn guided us with all the necessary paperwork and also represent us in front of the city in order to get the approval. When the project date came, Bryn promised us that our pool will be done in a week time......hard to believe when you deal with contractors. Well, Pioneer Pool, Bryn, and his workers started the project Tuesday morning and they were done by Saturday lunch time including the cement around the pool. Was amazing, and we do not have enough words to thank to all this professionally, organized, well trained people that helped us during this project. As a conclusion, from our point of view, Pioneer Pool is a trustable and reliable company which is run by professionally, devoted and trusted employees. Many thanks to Bryn, Richard, Rick and all other workers that helped us to achieve a wonderful backyard.

They did a nice job. Their staff is very knowledgeable. Due to weather condition in early spring, job could not finish as we planned. I think price is reasonable. We do recommend them for any one who likes to build a pool. But, for landscaping better to get quotations from few people/companies and go.

We could not be happier with the service we got with pioneer.. Jeremy (Burlington) was beyond patient and professional, it was nice to have all our questions were answered by phone or email without a long wait time!! Ryan over looked the whole project from start to finish and was amazing!! Everyone that took part ( gas and electric company) were all so great!!! No problems at all. It’s a nice change dealing with professionals!

I had a very good experience. The staff was very helpful. We didn't have any problems. I particularly I liked the assistance that was available 24/7. I took advantage of this service a lot and they were always available to help.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the service we received from the Hamilton pioneer. They helped us coordinate our dream back yard and the only regret we have is waiting this long to do it. We were anxious about making such a big purchase. This would be our first pool and it felt like there were a lot of decisions to make. We needed a fence, landscaping and really didn't know what pool was best for us. Working with pioneer reassured us that we could do this and they would be there to help. 2019 was the best summer because of our beautiful pioneer pool. Chris from pioneer helped us every step of the way. He helped us select the best pool for our yard and connected us with the professionals we needed (fencing, gas, electrician, landscaper) All of this was done while respecting our budget and supporting us to get our dream back yard. The great service didn't stop once we had the pool. They checked in with us regularly to see how things were going and taught us how to take care of the pool. We went with the 17x30 on ground pool. When investigating pools I wondered about the list below. I hope my answers from experience will help you: Where should we buy our pool? -100% pioneer. They are honest, fun to work with and care about quality service Salt vs chlorine? -That's preference but we did salt and it has been extremely easy as a first time pool owner. Lots of use with minimal work Heater or no heater? -We did heater. It's worth every penny. We went swimming in perfect water all season and had an extended season because of the heater. Our pool will be open May-Oct because of the heater Lights or no lights? -Worth it!!! We swim in the evening under the stars with our pool glowing like a tropical resort. Steps or ladder? -We did steps. Anyone that has come over and owns a pool with a ladder say they wish they did stairs. We won't ever wish we did a ladder. It's Christmas Day. Only 63 days until we swim again. We're counting down the days Yes Santa brought us floats for the pool :)

Pioneer did a great job with tons of options provided from lights, liner, features to size/shape. Very easy to work with and they were always accommodating to changes through the design process. We had a small liner leak and they diagnosed the issue promptly, covered our water/chemical costs and had the liner replaced on our schedule so not to lose prime swimming time. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the service provided by the pioneer Burlington operation. We chose Pioneer based on their reputation but have been let down over and over. The initial assembly went well but downhill after that. The plumbing was very poorly done. We have had multiple leaks and have had multiple visits but still not right. They provided no guidance or education on the system or what to do. When we went in to get the chemicals the sales rep asked if we brought a water sample and if the pump was running. No. We didn’t know. Oh somebody should have told you. Who? The 12 year old plumber who barely spoke English? Shouldn’t the sale rep be coordinating. Or is that the plumbers job? Then we ordered stairs to replace the ladder and got the wrong one from what we ordered. Nobody could find it in the warehouse. Guess we should just take what they give us? Then we paid to have it closed by pioneer and the cover they provided at the beginning was the wrong size. The technician called the office and said new one would come next day but have not heard still waiting for the cover to be installed that we have already paid for so probably they don’t care. Also the plumber left a mess during install. Boxes and crap all over the yard. Would not recommend. Maybe they give good service for the expensive in ground or on ground. Burp the 11000 for above ground I expect better service and better quality. DO NOT USE for above ground pools.
