    Pool

    Hey Jeremy, We haven’t had the chance to formely write to you as life always seems to get in the way. We just wanted to thank you and the Pioneer family for making our vision of a backyard oasis come to life. The crews that we met and dealt with along the way were very hard working, knowledgeable and respectful to our property and to our fellow neighbours. During the course of this very big construction project we always felt that someone was only a phone call or email away. Although no project renovation or construction goes without hiccups everything for us went very well and on the timeline laid out. We are very happy with the end look of our backyard pool and again would like to send our appreciation to all those who had a hand in building our pool.     Rare ro find this kind of cuatomer service

    I went into Pioneer on Fairview for my pool items and never really looked at their patio furniture before. I was completely surprised by their variety of product, quality and displays. I spoke to Adreanna who was extremely helpful, never pushy and new exactly how to help me choose what I wanted for my yard. I’ve been looking for a long time and now I’m so excited for spring when I can receive and set up the new furniture! Thank you adreanna! Anything else for my patio - I will be back for sure.

    Better service

    Have had some issues regarding our hot tub. Your repair man Mike made us feel a lot better about the company. He repaired our issue and helped us get out tub cover back working as it should. He set it all up and was done smoothly and efficient. He was friendly and cleaned up his mess. Thank you!.

    Sunbrella converstion set

    Adreanna was an absolute dream to work with. I ordered a Bali? Conversation set from her and she was helpful and professional the whole way. Top notch! Would definitely go to them again for all my patio and pool needs

    Pool, outdoor furniture

    Pioneer pools installed our pool 5 years ago. There customer service from the initial consult, during the installation as well as their follow up care has always been top notch. We have called the pioneer pools store in Burlington with different issues over the years. There staff is all very knowledgeable and attempt to walk you through the issue with your pool over the phone. If the problem can not be solved over the phone, someone is out at your home solving the issue very promptly. Cam Brown was fantastic with the initial information about installing a pool. What we would need as well as the cost. Tyler is our go to guy in regards to the maintenance. Adriannia has helped us select cushions, bar stools and this year our outdoor fireplace. We couldn’t be happier with Pioneer Pools and would highly recommend them!!

    Liner replacement

    This is a nice store with lots of cool items nice and helpful employees. On the down side it took me some time to pick up the liner, as the products were mounted on a wall without visible product name or obvious classification.

    Above ground pool install

    Decided to go with Pioneer Pools after a lengthy search and discussion with friends, family and my own time as all recommended their services. Actual sale of bill was great, with great service but that's where it ended. Installation team was late, failed to call and advise which cost me extra time/money on install day. A lot of hidden costs and requirements from home owner to prep and provide patio slabs, potential cost for extra piping which were not disclosed at the time of sale or advised by installation team upon booking date..so again more time/aggravation and money spent. Received call the day the plumber was attending my home to complete plumbing that the heater we purchased was being discontinued and removed from their stock due to poor quality. Was not provided with any other solution at the time of call however I had to follow up with sales person on what next steps were going to be. Suggestion included purchasing a gas heater to a cost of 1500.00 plus installation. Many phone calls/emails finally the owner decided to provide me with the heater at cost and an install of 1200.00. Another round of emails/calls from myself their final offer was the cost of the heater and half of the install. Very dissapointing and alot of extra money, not budgeted for. Went with this option as I wanted a heater with this pool from the start. To end this all, found out that the solar covers/reel for cover not installed and had to be picked up by us. Came home to find the solar cover have to be cut to size and reel installed by ourselves. This company is not upfront about their costs/install - Better to go with a company who is upfront about all costs and actually completes their install from start to finish. I wanted to just go into my pool not spend extra money and time

I'm not 100% sure I fully understand either what happened with the heater but if you would be willing to send me your contact info, I would like to dig a little deeper into what happened here. My contact is cwalychuck@pioneerpools.com. With regards to the solar cover and slabs which I assume were for under the equipment? The equipment base should have been communicated initially. And for the solar blanket - this is the case with all pools. The winter cover and solar blanket are traditionally picked up at the time of orientation or final payment and depending on the size of the pool, many solar blankets do require to be cut to size as they come standard. But all in all, it sounds like more should have been clarified at the time of purchase. I would be happy to review with you if you have an opportunity to discuss. Thank you in advance,

    Patio furniture

    I needed to add and replace some patio furniture to my existing set. Adreana at the Burlington store had some fantastic ideas and suggestions. She helped make our backyard a comfortable getaway.

    Patio Furniture Purchase

    Adreanna was an absolute pleasure to work with on our outdoor furniture. She was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to answer all of our questions. It was a great experience working with her and Pioneer and we love our new coral beach and paris dining sets!
