We put our pool in near the end of last season so never got a chance to use it but it's now open and looks great. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jason one of the owners, Rick who priced our pool and spent time with us showing us pools they did and Chris who organized closing and opening our pool. All three men are outstanding and what we think we like the most is the service they provide. They do not walk away until you are very comfortable with everything and even then Chris still makes sure you have his cell to text anytime there are questions. This company is fantastic and we can not recommend them enough.

We looked at a few pool companies before deciding to go with PoolCraft. We couldn't have made a better decision. From the beginning, Rick and Jason were there to answer any questions we had and provide suggestions and guidance. Once our design was complete and timelines were established, we had very little to think about. The construction team was fast and efficient, ensuring that our neighbours were not impacted during this phase. The landscaping company that PoolCraft used (MSD Contracting) did a phenomenal job. As this is our first pool, Chris and Geoff have also been gracious enough to answer all our questions (even ones we've asked more than once). From our initial contact with the company, to our visits to the office to have our water tested, we've experience a high level of service from everyone representing PoolCraft. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and a beautiful backyard.

We did our homework before choosing Pool Craft and it paid off! Our backyard looks like some fancy spa grounds! Special thanks to Rick and Chris for working with us every step of the way. Also, Jordan and his landscaping guys did an AMAZING job and far exceeded our expectations.

I was referred to Pool Craft by a friend. They were professional from the first call. They clearly outlined their services and prices. They called to remind me about the date of my pool opening. Jacqueline and JR opened my pool and left my backyard better than when they arrived. The service was seamless and exceeded my expectations. A real pleasure dealing with Geoff. Had a skimmer issue from high water over the winter and then my pool pump needed replacing. All set to go thanks to Geoff and the very professional service folks who did the repairs and pump install. Excellent customer service and felt like a valued customer despite my many questions! FIVE STARS!!! We moved into our new home last November but unfortunately the existing pool was a disaster – it needed a complete renovation. Pool Craft designed, demolished, and re-built our new pool with precision, quality and timeliness. In addition, and most importantly from our perspective, everybody on the project was a pleasure to have working in our backyard. Dealing with nice people makes big renovations so much easier to handle. Our entire family is extremely pleased with the end product – even our neighbors are popping by to have a look. I wanted to say that the double J team has once again exceeded my expectations in doing our pool closing. I don't know where you found these 2 people but wow, make sure you hang on to them at all costs. Fantastic people like them are so hard to find. They have proven again that they can be trusted to do the right things and not take shortcuts. I wish everyone that did service work in any industry could be like them. Please thank them profusely for me, as I will always request that this team is here every year helping us take care of this massive property and our pool. ‎ I am so appreciative of their efforts and their care in taking it that extra bit more. It is such a nice change to be happy and satisfied with a service that we paid for rather than having to make calls expressing disappointment and needing followup visits to rectify things. Again, little things that they do just made my day. The ONLY concern that I have would be losing them.

As a first time pool owner, I was overwhelmed with how to maintain and keep my pool clean during the summer months. Not too mention, I truly didn't want to have to think about cleaning my pool and ensuring the chemicals were all balance and safe for the family to swim in. I opted to use a small/independent pool cleaning company in 2014 only to be constantly frustrated with his lack of customer service skills and his inability to maintain to a schedule. Well, that all changed when I was referred to Pool Craft by a close friend of mine. Neither of us had ever used Pool Craft, but we had seen their company vehicles around town. We did our due diligence by researching them on the internet and by speaking and meeting with Geoff D directly prior to signing any contracts. Geoff took us through the steps and ensured us that their track record would speak for itself. And let me tell you....it certainly did. For my family specifically, Pool Craft has gone ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Geoff and Cassidy have always made themselves available to answer ALL my questions.....and I had many!! And the few times that I sent them an email during "closed hours of operation", they still ANSWERED....AMAZING! My pool this year has looked amazing and it all was due to the great staff at Pool Craft. I would like to thank Geoff and Cassidy for all their support throughout the season. I would also like to thank Meagan, Dan, Jess and Caroline for doing an amazing job week after week at helping make my pool look fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Pool Craft to others. They know their products, they definitely have customer experience knowledge and they are a great company to deal with. Continued success Pool Craft!!!
