Pool
Poolcraft did a great job installing our pool. I felt like the only negative was some minor miscommunication issues that were easily resolved.

New Heater Install
Although there was a bit of miscommunication about a heater install at first, Poolcraft rectified the issue and then some. That being said, I will be using Poolcraft again in the future. Thanks to Jason, Geoff and the whole team for resolving the issue. It's been a great season with the new heater moved into an existing shed from outdoors.

LONG WEEKEND SERVICE
It was the long weekend and I was preparing my backyard for my annual Aug long weekend pool party when my pool pump decided to seize for its last time. I called the service line and left a msg on the Saturday am, thinking that I would get a call back Tues am when they reopened. I got a call 15mins later from them and they had a service rep at my house within the hour installing a brand new pump, so my party could go on!! Unbelievable service!!!! Thanks Pool Craft for your efforts

New Pool
We are extremely happy with our project and the commitment Poolcraft made to make it a reality. The communication from the beginning to the end was incredible. From our initial meeting with Rick (who is extremely knowledgeable) to meeting the Osbornes' for our very large patio needs we were impressed every step of the way. They took care of everything, all the permits necessary (even for a deck next year) which put our minds at ease. There was absolutely no stress involved with the project. They arrived when they say they would and kept us updated every day with email. The clean up was perfect every day, no mess for neighbours to complain about. This company is true to its word in every sense. Our pool and landscaping is beautiful, we have had so many compliments.

Backyard salt water pool 18 x 34
These guys were great. Came in and did their work within 1 week. Coordinated with my landscapers and got the job finished by the deadline I requested. Definitely professional at what they do. I would recommend them again. Rick for sales and Chris for Construction.

They built our "Happy Place"
We never imagined we could fit a pool into our small backyard space but the professionals at Pool Craft proved that anything is possible! Rick was fun to deal with and very accommodating with taking us to see a couple of completed pools so we could get a feel of what we could expect. He was responsive and helpful in assisting with the overall backyard design. Pool Craft was quick to get things going in the fall with quotes, design, measurements and construction. We were pleased with how quickly everything came together and even more thrilled that they stuck to our May long weekend target of having everything finalized in the spring. Chris is a fantastic project manager and ensured that all trades came together seamlessly. His "pool school" was clear, informative and extremely helpful in making us feel totally comfortable with caring for our new pool. The store staff is friendly and knowledgeable and show their commitment to their customers. Overall, we were extremely happy and satisfied with the process and final outcome of our backyard, aka - "The Happy Place". Backyard Oasis (pool, deck, patio, landscaping, lighting)
We absolutely love our amazing new backyard oasis. Thank you PoolCraft! PoolCraft was amazing right from our initial contact through design, construction, and project completion. They provided great advice and suggestions throughout, sharing their expertise. Their work was amazing from the pool, patio, deck, lighting, landscaping, etc. We definitely recommend PoolCraft to everyone!

Pool install and maintenance
Pool Craft was the most professional (by far) organization when going through the quoting process. This is why we ended up giving them our business. The initial quote never changed, they finished ahead of schedule and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. We’ve now had the look for 4 years and we’ve only had a couple minor concerns which were dealt with immediately. Overall they’re just a very professional organization that we’ve really enjoyed working with. Paul and Johannah

Amazing Service, Gorgeous Finished Product
Our experience with Pool Craft was fantastic. From our initial meetings to the design of our pool and landscaping to the actual work and the terrific follow-up service, we couldn't be more pleased. Everyone we have dealt with at Pool Craft has been professional, friendly, and helpful. We had some ideas about what we wanted and they listened to our needs and provided a design that was perfect for our family and our specific yard. The finished product is beautiful and their work is top-quality. We love our pool!! Thank you, Pool Craft!

Pool liner installation
Pool Craft stepped in when we needed a new liner professionally installed on a very short timeline. Their team made it happen and the new liner is beautiful and perfectly installed. We highly recommend them.
