    I never experiance so many mistake in a building project.

    I have upgraded a lot of fixturefor the built-in appliances fixtures. ThenI have send all kitchen specs to the Primont builder since 2021, now finally closed. It is so bad everything goes wrong. The fridge I select is two columns 42" fridge and freezer to move second floor, but the builder only put in one electric outlet for 42"width by 84" height opening which cost me a lot of money. Now I have to change the fridge to a small 36"width by 70" height fridge, which look like a dwarf living in the griant palace. The duct on the ceiling open too big, the hood chimney cannot cover the holes. I can see though the ceiling which is very urgly. The oven need nema plug and I have to purchase the plug myself. The panel of the dishwasher's handle is not on the panel so i have to purchase an extra the stainless panel. However, the water intake pipe is wrong too. My appliances installation person cannot install the dishwasher. Why should I pay so much upgrades to the builder whom does not read the specs? After paid that much I have to pay extra to get what I do not planned originally. Moreover, I have to run around and fixed the builder mistake with extra money from my pocket.

    Ignored bad reviews and suffering now

    Ignored all bad reviews before booking an under construction. Suffering now. Made mockery out of delivery date by abusing "Unavoidable delay" using covid as an excuse for 2 yers and then suddenly closed one day with substandard/incomplete finishing. They don't take customer service serious at all, in fact I didn't even know they had a customer service, very hard to get hold of them and even if you get hold of them then they will ghost you. All the best if you run into any issues after moving in, they will push even basic investigation & fix for months. Please avoid this builder at all costs.

    Worse customer service of any builders

    We purchased a house in North Oakville from Primont. We moved in 2 months ago and have had plumbing issues with the primary shower, which I paid a lot for. The water doesn't flow from the showerhead, we have had water leaks. We have contacte the customer service rep and also notified the customer service manager rep multiple times with calls and emails and have not even heard anything back. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Within 4 months there was 3 different customer service reps changes which clearly indicates there is a problem. Even the manager doesn't respond. Primont is one of the more expensive builders out there, and the building quality and workmanship is horrible as well as one of the worse customer service of any builders. This is coming from someone who bought previous homes with 3 other builders. These guys are by far the worse. Picture of staircase, large spacing between bricks, window without caulking

    Newer buy from PRIMONT

    Never buy from Primont! This buyer is use poor quality material and tries to put more and more conditions in the contract so people can breach and Primont can cease their deposits. BIG NO TO PRIMONT. Improve your quality and be professional & Fair!

    New Homes

    The worst Customer Service I have experienced in my life. No response to repeated emails or phone calls, Service Items left open and not fixed. Will never deal with this builder again.

    Very bad customer service

    Worst builder and customer service. I closed my assignment for new home on 6th December 2023, and still not able to move in. We can not install appliances because builder did not provide correct required things for installation. I am trying to reach them by email and phone but they are not responding even though thy know that its cause tremendous impact on our move in process. Very poor customer service... there are numours items are missing, Damages and not places properly according to my upgrades. I have spent lot to upgrade almost whole house. But there are failed to provide upgrades. They even didn't resolved PDI checklist before closing dates. Still Not resolved yet. And customer representative suggest us to go with tarion without trying their best. They are planning to go for christmas holidays, we are looking for the another accomdation to shelter our self. We ask for 8 inche vent for hood, they mistakenly provided 6 inches so having installation of hood and rangetop. They don't drill water pipe hole in the laundry room so laundry washing mashine can't be installed. Even they provided so many wrong design in upgraded kitchen. Even kitchen iceland is scratched, chiped. Wrong cabinet design, broken exterior, licking bathroom, missing shelves, missing chef pantry design, missing filler, missing utensil trays, not functioning soft latch drawer system.

    Worst builder to work with - Don't buy from this one for sure

    Stay away from this builder. They don't have any ethics and they can bend down themselves to make more money unethically from you. Their post sales service is the most pathetic. You wait numerous days to get a simple reply. Their workmanship is shady as well. They give you barebones and fix the issues for years to come. They won't build your backyard, lawns for years and years. They don't care about their customers once the sale is made. I would stay 1000 miles away from them and advise anybody that meets me

    Backyard fence

    We bought home in Caledon 4 years ago still there is no backyard fence although our backyard is open to the farmland. 33 homes on our street waiting to get wire fence.. We can't leave pets n small kids in the backyard because of coyotes n foxes. We sent endless emails to Daneala and now to Deanna but the only reply we get is "we are working with the developer". This is so frustrating and disappointing. Primont delays everything. First our homes were delayed now the fence is taking forever

    Upper cabinet installation

    Upon PDI we were not happy with the turn out of our kitchen cabinets as the alignment was off and large gaps in between the cabinets. After reporting the issue to head office and submittIng our 30 Day form after moving in, within a couple of weeks I received a phone call from customer service. They booked someone right away to inspect the issues. Due to the pandemic we had to wait a couple of weeks longer for clearance to let people work in our home. I was given an estimate time frame of 4-6 hours but they only took 1 hr to do the job. I can finally install our handles that we purchased and line the cabinets! I am very pleased with the job they did. Thank you to Primont staff, Layla, Rob George, Rob (PDI guy) and Daniela for making this possible.
