Oven Selector Knob stopped working while Sunday night dinner was being cooked. Trail Appliances directed us to Priority Appliance Service. Priority employees have been very helpful and informative, from the office personnel through the visit today by Dominic, the technician. Dominic explained the repair steps he was taking, seemed very efficient, answered our many questions and finished the repair faster than we thought it would take. His outgoing personality and sense of humour makes him a great representative for this company. Priority will now be our go-to appliance repair source.

We are very impressed with Moe's knowledge and professionalism. Moe was able to diagnose our problem was the control panel and replaced the panel today. Thanks to Moe, we have a working freezer again. This is not the first time that Moe has repaired our appliances and again appreciate his quality workmanship.

Our repair was done quickly! It took a few days for the new part to come in; but, no time was wasted - Dominic was able to come back quickly and install the new part with confidence.

Shawn has provided excellent services to two of our appliances. Most recently we called with respect to a problem with a double wall oven. He came at the time specified and analyzed the problem quite quickly. He was able to tell us what the problem was and described the work required and the approximate cost. He had to come back several days later with parts. He performed the work quickly, found another minor issue and completed the repair. His invoice was very close to the estimate both in terms of parts and labour. He took the time to explain what he had done. He worked without complaint despite the many stairs down to the house. We would recommend Shawn and Priority any time.

Our new fridge was making a very loud noise - so loud it was hard to converse. We called Priority and they sent out a repairman, name Dominic. He came in smiling and chatting - we told him the problem and he fixed it in 15 minutes. Now we can talk without the fridge interrupting! Hopefully we never have another problem but if we did he would be requested to fix it. Rod

Had a problem with my Fisher Paykel dishwasher not draining fully. Dominic found the problem right away. Found the problem to be a worn rotor. Found the culprit . . . a cashew. All fixed. Also asked Dominic about my Fisher Paykel oven and how to clean. Walked me through how to remove everything and how to reinstall. Dominic is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Will have all my appliances serviced though Priority Appliance.

Ramin and his assistant Sergei arrived on time, were polite, professional, and diagnosed the problem efficiently. They quickly set about fixing our oven, and, during that time, gave us good suggestions about cleaning it and general maintenance of our stove top cooker

With my request to fix an ice maker that was not working, Ramin from Priority not only solved that problem, but took the time to figure out WHY. Instead of having to replace a $1200 part, he fixed the freezer fan that had clogged because of a broken door latch. His perseverance saved me almost $1000. My Miele freezer and ice maker are working better than ever now!

We had a problem with gas supply to our stove and the Priority Appliances repairman, Colten, did an excellent job of both analyzing the problem and coming up with a solution. In the end we needed a new regulator. We were also having problems with lighting one of the burners so he recommended a new ignition kit which also solved this problem. Overall a very good experience for us.

We had had 2 other repair companies come out to repair one burner On my gas cooktop...both technicians were unable to solve the problem. Steve, from Priority Appliance, diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. We would highly recommend Priority!
