    Valve Repair

    My experience with Priority Plumbing was outstanding. They responded quickly and efficiently. Brian is a knowledgeable plumber who explained everything thoroughly. He replaced the shut off valve for the hose bib at the front of our house and winterized the hose bib. Priority Plumbing will be our contact for any future plumbing issues.

    Plumbing service

    They showed up on time and were very helpful checking out our new home's plumbing. They were very clear on the cost of everything before they fixed it and gave quotes for the bigger jobs we need to do later. They explained everything they did so we could understand it. They also left the place clean and back to normal when they left. Highly recommend them.

    Overpriced, not transparent, inconsistent

    Had an hour worth of work to 'winter prep' my house (turn off taps, ensure rads work etc). Job took 60 min each time. Last year they charged $250, this year they charged $550. No difference in work done, not consistent or transparent on costing. Wouldn't have ordered them knowing the cost was +2x.

    These guys are so awesome!!! Every time I have had a plumbing issue, they have scheduled me right away. The employees are so great and professional. There is no other company I would rather have. Thank you so much!

    Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Arrived early which was appreciated and completed the work in a timely matter. Educated myself and client on the work being done and was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

    Priority Plumbing team was fantastic the whole way through, they came same day which we were so appreciative of and were extremely patient. They were called back and Greg was prompt and so kind to the tenants. Extremely responsive and communicative through it all. Thank you for the great service.

    These are the plumbers to call if you're having issues.The staff is very friendly. They called to confirm I was home before showing up. We had a major clog and knew we needed professional help. . I recommend them to anyone in need of services.

    We've used them twice and they've done a great job both times. Pointed out seriously issues and fixed them at a very reasonable rate. Joel was great to work with.

    Water heater repair

    The technician Kyle was very friendly and caring of our property. He explained everything correctly and gave us a very fair price to fix our water heater and did it quickly. I really like their response and will recommend them definitely.

    Sump pump replacement

    A heavy downpour revealed that our main pump had failed and the battery backup had actually been draining the sump pit for a while. David came over the same morning we called, identified the problem, explained our options and proceeded with the replacement. While on-site, he completed some other repairs we had been putting off for a while. Great service, very knowledgeable and clear, professional and fair value.
