This is the only plumbing company you will ever need! Called them on my neighbors recommendation for an emergency and they came quickly and repaired the problem in no no time at a very reasonable cost. I recommend them highly!!

Brian is such a wonderful technician. He is kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He installed a faucet for us and repaired our head shower. Excellent work!

First to start, I have used priority Plumbing for the last 20 years. They did good work, even though I thought the price was a bit more than what it should be. Fast forward to today when I needed a fill valve replaced on my toilet, something that would take 10 minutes. The technician arrived on time, and took a quick look at my toilet. He said that it would need to be replaced, as I thought, and the line would have to be replaced to avoid leaking. The price he quoted me was $550. I have course bulked at that, and then suddenly within 5 minutes the price was down to $250. Again I said no and sent a technician on his way with the $50 charge. What got me is that for all these years they have charged me a certain amount and I just said yes, thinking that I was getting the best price that they could give me. That's what you call customer company Trust. The fact that I now know that most of the work they did for me could have easily been dropped to 50% really ticked me off. My trust is now evaporated. So, as I said they do good work, but they overcharge you, and make sure to ask them what the real price is when they come to your door.

Priority Plumbing is our go- to for plumbing and drain needs. We have 2 properties- a condo downtown and home in Thornhill Our most recent visit was to our home in Thornhill-our technician was Ouweis. He is excellent, great product knowledge and technical know how and a very personable and down to earth guy. I requested an overall revirew of our plumbing needs, prompted by yet another blocked toilet. Since he was here , I asked him to do a thorough review of everything- all bathrooms, connections and sinks etc. This he did and now everything is working perfectly. I would recommend Priority Plumbing to everyone, skilled people who stand behind their work

Adam quickly diagnosed the problem shortly after arriving and made the repair. He also let me know how to extend the life of the water heater. I was very satisfied with this response to an emergency call.
